【摘要】：小城鎮(zhèn)是城市和農(nóng)村之間的過渡,隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化水平不斷提高,小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的重要意義尤為突出。分析發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家城市化的發(fā)展歷程,其起步階段主要選擇小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展道路,通過農(nóng)村城市化帶動(dòng)整體城鎮(zhèn)化。近年來,我國(guó)不斷出臺(tái)支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的相關(guān)政策,小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)發(fā)展迎來了前所未有的好時(shí)期。葛沽鎮(zhèn)是天津市30個(gè)中心鎮(zhèn)之一,也是唯一坐落在濱海新區(qū)內(nèi)的建制鎮(zhèn),自2007年被市政府第二批批準(zhǔn)為小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)以來,現(xiàn)已開展兩期的示范鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)工作,具備了7年的小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),先后被評(píng)為“國(guó)家小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)試點(diǎn)鎮(zhèn)”,“濱海新區(qū)綜合配套改革示范鎮(zhèn)”,“天津歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)”,“天津第一經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)鎮(zhèn)”等稱號(hào)�！笆濉币�(guī)劃以來,葛沽鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),努力完成新時(shí)代的歷史使命。本論文研究旨在通過分析、論證葛沽鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展特點(diǎn),為其城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展找到合適的途徑和措施,也為其他相似城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展提供參考。論文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)化研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),歸納了城鎮(zhèn)化的一般理論和基本規(guī)律;在此基礎(chǔ)上,論述了葛沽鎮(zhèn)的地理、歷史、文化特點(diǎn)以及現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,分析了葛沽鎮(zhèn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境,總結(jié)了葛沽鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展模式,歸納了葛沽鎮(zhèn)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)發(fā)展過程中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不利因素;最后,針對(duì)葛沽鎮(zhèn)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:The small town is the transition between the city and the countryside. With the development of urbanization in our country, the significance of the development of the small town is especially prominent. This paper analyzes the development course of urbanization in developed countries. In its initial stage, it mainly chooses the development path of small towns and promotes the overall urbanization through rural urbanization. In recent years, China has continuously issued policies to support the construction of urbanization, and the development of small towns has ushered in an unprecedented good period. Gegu Town is one of the 30 central towns in Tianjin, and is also the only one located in Binhai New area. Since it was approved as a small town by the municipal government in 2007, two stages of demonstration town construction have been carried out. With 7 years of experience in the construction of small towns, they have been appraised as "pilot towns of national small towns", "demonstration towns for comprehensive reform of Binhai New area", "famous historical and cultural towns in Tianjin", "the first strong economic town in Tianjin", and so on. Since the twelfth five-year plan, Gegu Town has further promoted the construction of urbanization and made great efforts to fulfill the historical mission of the new era. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the development model and characteristics of Gegu Town through analysis, to find suitable ways and measures for further development of Gegu Town, and to provide reference for the development of other similar towns. Firstly, the paper summarizes the research results of urbanization at home and abroad, summarizes the general theory and basic law of urbanization, and then discusses the geographical, historical, cultural characteristics and current development of Gegu Town. This paper analyzes the strategic environment of Gegu town's urbanization development, summarizes the current development mode of Gegu Town, and concludes the advantages and disadvantages in the process of Gegu town's urban construction and development. In view of the existing problems in the process of town construction and development in Gegu Town, the corresponding measures are put forward.
