【摘要】：在對環(huán)境問題和政策下的社會資本內(nèi)涵研究概況總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,運用議題驅(qū)動法對社會資本與環(huán)境政策關(guān)系的理論及實證成果進行了系統(tǒng)梳理和總結(jié)。相關(guān)實證研究顯示以社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)、社會規(guī)范和社會信任為核心要素的社會資本對自然資源管理、資源可持續(xù)利用和環(huán)境保護具有一定程度影響。且社會資本對環(huán)境政策實施及有效性的影響機理的理論探討和實證研究主要從三個角度入手:社會資本通過環(huán)境責任行為影響環(huán)境政策有效性;社會資本通過非經(jīng)濟社會成本與收益感知影響環(huán)境政策公眾接受度;主觀規(guī)范通過影響行為態(tài)度、知覺行為控制知覺影響政策參與意愿。將社會資本與相關(guān)中介變量因素耦合,探究在中介變量作用下,社會資本對環(huán)境政策績效能否真正發(fā)揮其影響及其相應(yīng)的影響方向、影響路徑、影響程度是將來需要擴展的研究方向。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a summary of the research on the connotation of social capital under environmental problems and policies, the theoretical and empirical results of the relationship between social capital and environmental policy are systematically summarized and summarized by the issue-driven method. Relevant empirical studies show that social capital with social network, social norms and social trust as the core elements has a certain degree of impact on natural resource management, sustainable use of resources and environmental protection. The theoretical and empirical research on the influence mechanism of social capital on the implementation and effectiveness of environmental policy mainly starts from three angles: social capital influences the effectiveness of environmental policy through the behavior of environmental responsibility; Social capital influences the public acceptance of environmental policy through the perception of non-economic and social costs and benefits, while subjective norms influence policy participation by influencing behavior attitude and perceptual behavior control perception. By coupling social capital with relevant intermediary variables, this paper explores whether social capital can really exert its influence on environmental policy performance and its corresponding influence direction and influence path under the action of intermediary variable. The degree of influence is the research direction that needs to be expanded in the future.
