【摘要】：目的:了解昆山市千燈鎮(zhèn)五小單位的衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理情況,分析問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的建議和措施,促進(jìn)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作的不斷完善。方法:從千燈鎮(zhèn)所有五小單位中隨機(jī)抽取201家有證單位,其中小餐飲業(yè)81家,小副食品商店60家,小理發(fā)美容業(yè)33家,小住宿業(yè)27家。采取調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方法,進(jìn)行衛(wèi)生狀況分析評(píng)估。通過(guò)統(tǒng)一固定的excel評(píng)分表對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果錄入,雙人核對(duì)。量化評(píng)分,采用均數(shù)及百分比對(duì)評(píng)分及衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理狀況進(jìn)行描述。結(jié)果:千燈鎮(zhèn)五小單位的衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理效果不佳,其中衛(wèi)生狀態(tài)良好和優(yōu)秀的數(shù)量?jī)H為39家和0家、一般的為96家和較差的75家,占比分別為14.9%、0、47.8和38.3%。所調(diào)查的小餐飲業(yè)、小副食品商店、小理發(fā)美容業(yè)、小住宿業(yè)4類五小行業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理制度合格率分別為40.7%、30%、45.5%和44.4%,均未超過(guò)半數(shù);“衛(wèi)生管理機(jī)構(gòu)和組織結(jié)構(gòu)配有衛(wèi)生管理員”的調(diào)查中,各類五小單位所獲得數(shù)據(jù)顯示其合格率分別37%、40%、45.5%和44.4%,合格率超過(guò)50%;“健康合格證及培訓(xùn)合格證”情況的調(diào)查顯示,其合格率分別為63%、75%、54.5%和66.7%。通過(guò)對(duì)昆山市千燈鎮(zhèn)600名五小單位從業(yè)人員衛(wèi)生知識(shí)及衛(wèi)生態(tài)度行為的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)從業(yè)人員相關(guān)知識(shí)及態(tài)度行為成績(jī)良好率為74.2%,說(shuō)明昆山市千燈鎮(zhèn)五小單位從業(yè)人員衛(wèi)生知識(shí)及衛(wèi)生態(tài)度行為水平有所進(jìn)步,但還需進(jìn)一步提高。結(jié)論:當(dāng)前昆山市千燈鎮(zhèn)五小單位衛(wèi)生狀況整體效果不佳;其中在衛(wèi)生管理環(huán)節(jié)中問(wèn)題突出表現(xiàn)為五小單位對(duì)于“衛(wèi)生管理制度”的忽視、“衛(wèi)生管理員”的缺失和“健康合格證及培訓(xùn)合格證”管理效果的不佳。同時(shí),在五小單位中也存在經(jīng)營(yíng)人員衛(wèi)生知識(shí)缺乏和態(tài)度不認(rèn)真的情況。上述問(wèn)題使得昆山市千燈鎮(zhèn)五小單位監(jiān)督管理工作并未能獲得預(yù)期效果。為此,昆山市千燈鎮(zhèn)在后續(xù)發(fā)展過(guò)程需要針對(duì)五小單位衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)一步對(duì)其監(jiān)督管理制度和方法進(jìn)行晚完善。通過(guò)本文的研究希望通過(guò)分析研究,促進(jìn)各地能總結(jié)出一些切實(shí)可行的五小單位為甚長(zhǎng)效監(jiān)管的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為進(jìn)一步提高五小單位衛(wèi)生水平出謀劃策。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the situation of health supervision and management in five small units of Qiandeng Town, Kunshan City, analyze the problems, put forward corresponding suggestions and measures, and promote the continuous improvement of health supervision work. Methods: 201 licensed units were randomly selected from all five small units in Qiandeng Town, including 81 small restaurants, 60 small non-staple food shops, 33 small haircuts and beauty salons, and 27 small accommodation businesses. The method of questionnaire was used to analyze and evaluate the health status. Record and check the results of the survey through a uniform and fixed excel score sheet. To quantify the score, mean and percentage were used to describe the score and health supervision and management. Results: the effect of health supervision and management in five small units of Qiandeng Town was not good. The number of good and excellent hygiene was only 39 and 0, the average was 96 and the worse was 75, the proportion was 14.90.47. 8 and 38.3 respectively. The qualified rates of hygiene management system of four kinds of small restaurants, small non-staple food shops, small haircut and beauty industry, and small accommodation industry were 45.5% and 44.4%, respectively, which were less than half. In the survey of "Health management agencies and organizational structures equipped with health administrators," the data obtained by all kinds of five small units showed that the qualified rates were 37 / 40 / 45.5% and 44.4% respectively, respectively. The qualification rate exceeded 50%; the survey of "health certificates and training certificates" showed that The qualified rates were 63.75% and 66.7%, respectively. Based on the survey of health knowledge and health attitude and behavior of 600 employees in five small units in Qiandeng Town, Kunshan City, It was found that the positive rate of relevant knowledge and attitude behavior of employees was 74.2, indicating that the level of health knowledge and hygienic attitude and behavior of employees in five small units of Qiandeng Town, Kunshan City had improved, but it still needed to be further improved. Conclusion: the overall health status of the five small units in Qiandeng Town of Kunshan City is not good, and the problems in the hygiene management are the neglect of the "health management system" in the five small units. Lack of "health administrator" and poor management effect of "health certificate and training certificate". At the same time, in the five small units also exist in the lack of health knowledge and attitude of operators serious situation. These problems make Kunshan Qiandeng Town five small units supervision and management and failed to achieve the desired results. Therefore, in the follow-up development of Qiandeng Town in Kunshan City, it is necessary to improve the supervision and management system and methods in accordance with the status quo of health supervision and management in five small units. Through the research of this paper, it is hoped that through the analysis and research, we can sum up some practical experiences of the five small units in supervising and managing for a long time, and give some suggestions for further improving the hygiene level of the five small units.
