【摘要】：BJJG集團(tuán)物流公司之前是從事建筑專業(yè)方面的傳統(tǒng)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)公司,從屬于BJJG集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司。在競爭激烈的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下依然缺乏現(xiàn)代物流理念,導(dǎo)致公司整體業(yè)務(wù)水平不高,業(yè)績不斷滑落。為了更好的適應(yīng)激烈競爭的環(huán)境和滿足公司發(fā)展的要求,公司大刀闊斧于2003年11月完成所有制改革。所有制改革的完成并不能立竿見影的對(duì)公司業(yè)績起到作用,可以說公司離現(xiàn)代物流還有很遠(yuǎn)的距離。這一轉(zhuǎn)變不是僅靠改制就可以實(shí)現(xiàn),它需要公司既要適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境,內(nèi)部也必須有一定的實(shí)力。本論文仔細(xì)分析BJJG集團(tuán)物流公司的現(xiàn)狀,通過調(diào)查目前物流行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展情況以說明公司面臨的外部壓力,然后內(nèi)部條件要能與之契合。根據(jù)對(duì)公司內(nèi)外環(huán)境條件的研究,對(duì)公司轉(zhuǎn)型的可行性進(jìn)行了分析,并為轉(zhuǎn)型提供了一些策略和建議。公司需要適應(yīng)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境而轉(zhuǎn)型,但這方面所做的研究卻非常少,僅有的一些研究也沒有與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。所以本文以BJJG集團(tuán)物流公司的轉(zhuǎn)型為實(shí)例來研究,盡量實(shí)現(xiàn)理論和實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,也為該公司轉(zhuǎn)型提供一些幫助。公司轉(zhuǎn)型不單指要在硬件條件上做到現(xiàn)代化,轉(zhuǎn)型更重要的是一種理念的升級(jí)和科學(xué)化的管理,這也是論文所提出的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:BJJG Group Logistics, formerly a traditional storage and transportation company specializing in construction, belongs to BJJG Group Co., Ltd. In the competitive market economy, there is still a lack of modern logistics concept, which leads to the company's overall business level is not high, the performance continues to decline. In order to better adapt to the fierce competition and meet the requirements of the development of the company, the company completed the ownership reform in November 2003. The completion of ownership reform can not play an immediate role in the performance of the company, it can be said that the company is still far from modern logistics. This transformation can not only be realized by restructuring, but also requires the company to adapt to the external environment and internal strength. This paper carefully analyzes the current situation of BJJG Group Logistics Company, through the investigation of the overall development of the current logistics industry to explain the external pressure faced by the company, and then the internal conditions should be able to fit in with it. Based on the study of the internal and external environmental conditions of the company, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the transformation of the company, and provides some strategies and suggestions for the transformation. Companies need to adapt to the new economic environment, but very little research has been done, and only a few have not been combined with practice. So this paper takes the transformation of BJJG Group Logistics Company as an example to study, try to realize the combination of theory and practice, and also provide some help for the transformation of the company. The transformation of the company not only refers to the modernization of the hardware conditions, but also to the upgrading of the concept and scientific management, which is also the innovation put forward in the paper.
