SC公司物流服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新的研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程加速,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)超人們的預(yù)想。當(dāng)下,企業(yè)面臨的生存和發(fā)展的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,為了讓競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)揮得淋漓盡致,大家開(kāi)始將發(fā)展的聚焦點(diǎn)集中到了“物流服務(wù)”上,通過(guò)提供良好的物流服務(wù)滿足客戶的需求,從而提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。然而,許多的物流企業(yè)在開(kāi)展物流運(yùn)作、提供物流服務(wù)的過(guò)程中,往往忽略了客戶多變、復(fù)雜的需求,服務(wù)功能單一,客戶的需求得不到滿足,經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)“服務(wù)沒(méi)人要,需求沒(méi)達(dá)到”的情況。在這樣的環(huán)境下,誰(shuí)能根據(jù)客戶的需求,量身定制物流服務(wù),滿足供需雙方的需求,才能贏得客戶與市場(chǎng)。因此,物流企業(yè)實(shí)施服務(wù)模式的創(chuàng)新勢(shì)在必行,對(duì)物流服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新的研究也具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。SC公司是一家“老牌”國(guó)有企業(yè),成立于1953年。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的摸索、探討、總結(jié),現(xiàn)已逐步發(fā)展為具備倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸、配送、專業(yè)市場(chǎng)等物流元素較多的綜合型物流企業(yè),并建立起一套屬于自身的服務(wù)體系。然而,縱覽其服務(wù)模式構(gòu)成,在企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)收入實(shí)現(xiàn)騰飛的同時(shí),其現(xiàn)有的服務(wù)模式也暴露出了一些問(wèn)題,如:服務(wù)模式相互融合較少、設(shè)備設(shè)施不足以滿足現(xiàn)代化服務(wù)需求、服務(wù)信息技術(shù)含量較低等等。作為物流服務(wù)型的企業(yè),面對(duì)內(nèi)外環(huán)境的變化,顯然傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)模式已“疲態(tài)盡顯”,SC公司必須進(jìn)行一系列的服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)的華麗轉(zhuǎn)身,才能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占一席位。本文以SC公司服務(wù)模式為例,首先闡述SC公司的概況及物流服務(wù)模式的現(xiàn)狀,然后提出介紹其服務(wù)模式存在的問(wèn)題,介紹其進(jìn)行服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新的誘因。其次,在文獻(xiàn)分析和理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)提出SC公司必須打破傳統(tǒng)模式,構(gòu)建物流服務(wù)新模式,以及其推行和支持的相關(guān)措施。旨在引起其他物流企業(yè)對(duì)服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新的重視,對(duì)其他同類型物流企業(yè)的物流服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新提供借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and information modernization, the aggravation of market competition is far from expected. At present, the problems of survival and development faced by enterprises are becoming more and more complex. In order to give full play to their competitive advantages, they began to focus their development on "logistics services." Through the provision of good logistics services to meet customer needs, thereby improving their competitiveness. However, in the process of developing logistics operation and providing logistics services, many logistics enterprises often ignore the changeable and complex needs of customers, the single service function, and the unsatisfied needs of customers. The situation in which the demand is not met. In such an environment, who can customize the logistics service according to the customer's demand, satisfy the demand of both supply and demand, can win the customer and the market. Therefore, it is imperative for logistics enterprises to implement service model innovation. The research on logistics service model innovation is also of great practical significance. SC Company is an "old" state-owned enterprise, which was founded in 1953. After many years of exploration, discussion and summary, it has gradually developed into a comprehensive logistics enterprise with more logistics elements such as warehousing, transportation, distribution and professional market, and has established a set of service system belonging to itself. However, if we look at the composition of the service mode, the existing service mode has exposed some problems, such as the less integration of the service mode, the insufficient equipment and facilities to meet the modern service demand, and the rapid development of the enterprise's operating income. Service information technology content is low and so on. As a logistics service-oriented enterprise, facing the change of internal and external environment, it is obvious that the traditional service mode has been "exhausted" and SC company must carry out a series of service model innovation activities to realize the magnificent turn of service. In order to occupy a seat in the fierce market competition. Taking the service mode of SC company as an example, this paper first expounds the general situation of SC company and the present situation of logistics service mode, then puts forward the problems existing in the service mode and introduces the inducement of innovation of service mode. Secondly, on the basis of literature analysis and theoretical research, this paper puts forward that SC Company must break the traditional model, construct a new logistics service model, and the relevant measures to implement and support it. The aim is to arouse the attention of other logistics enterprises to the innovation of service mode, and to provide reference experience for the innovation of logistics service mode of other logistics enterprises of the same type.
