【摘要】：文章采用固定效應(yīng)懲罰分位數(shù)回歸的估計(jì)方法,選取1997—2012年的省際面板數(shù)據(jù)考察了中國(guó)就業(yè)公平對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響,結(jié)果表明:勞動(dòng)力受教育水平和就業(yè)保護(hù)水平對(duì)縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距存在"正向效應(yīng)",穩(wěn)定就業(yè)占比對(duì)縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距存在"負(fù)向效應(yīng)";在不同分位數(shù)水平下,勞動(dòng)力受教育水平對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響呈U型趨勢(shì),穩(wěn)定就業(yè)占比對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響則逐漸下降。
[Abstract]:Using the fixed effect penalty quantile regression method, this paper selects the provincial panel data from 1997 to 2012 to examine the impact of employment equity on the income gap between urban and rural areas in China. The results show that there is a "positive effect" between the educational level of labor force and the level of employment protection on narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, and there is a "negative effect" on reducing the income gap between urban and rural areas by stabilizing the proportion of employment. The influence of the education level of labor force on the income gap between urban and rural areas is U-shaped, while the effect of stable employment proportion on the income gap between urban and rural areas is decreasing gradually.
