【摘要】：小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)是中國特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。政府關(guān)注和投入的增加使中國小城鎮(zhèn)的演化逐漸由自下而上向自上而下過渡。針對小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展驅(qū)動模式的轉(zhuǎn)變趨勢,本文以福建閩北山區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)綜合改革建設(shè)試點鎮(zhèn)為例,以當?shù)鼐用竦牡胤揭缿兕愋秃蛷姸葹榍腥朦c,辨識小城鎮(zhèn)居民參與城鎮(zhèn)化進程的潛力和途徑,為在小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展中實現(xiàn)政府主導和民間參與的協(xié)調(diào)提供一個新的視角。
[Abstract]:The construction of small towns is an important part of the new urbanization strategy with Chinese characteristics. The increase of government attention and investment makes the evolution of Chinese small towns gradually from bottom-up to top-down. In view of the changing trend of the driving mode of small town development, this paper takes the comprehensive reform and construction of small town in the north mountain area of Fujian Province as an example, and takes the local attachment type and intensity of local residents as the starting point. To identify the potential and ways for small town residents to participate in the process of urbanization provides a new perspective for the coordination of government-led and non-governmental participation in the development of small towns.
