【摘要】：本文主要研究二級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈中的生產(chǎn)-庫存-直接配送協(xié)同調(diào)度問題,其中存在一個(gè)制造商和多個(gè)零售商,制造商根據(jù)訂單進(jìn)行生產(chǎn),然后將產(chǎn)品配送給零售商。該類問題可以抽象為考慮釋放時(shí)間的單機(jī)JIT調(diào)度問題。借助于禁忌搜索算法,本文提出了求解問題的CTA-TS算法,并通過大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與已有算法進(jìn)行比較,說明了本文提出算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the production inventory direct distribution collaborative scheduling problem in the secondary supply chain in which there is one manufacturer and several retailers. The manufacturer produces according to the order and then distributes the product to the retailer. This kind of problem can be abstracted as a single machine JIT scheduling problem considering the release time. With the help of Tabu search algorithm, a CTA-TS algorithm is proposed to solve the problem, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is illustrated by comparing a large number of experimental data with the existing algorithms.
