【摘要】：北京、上海等12座大都市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系包括人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生活質(zhì)量、文化和智慧化5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、15個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和38個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo),文章利用因子分析法對(duì)2009至2012年間12個(gè)大都市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了量化分析,得出四點(diǎn)結(jié)論:第一,從整體看,12個(gè)大都市發(fā)展基本呈正向上升趨勢(shì);第二,從具體得分看,中國(guó)12個(gè)大都市的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)可劃分為三大陣營(yíng);第三,從橫向比較看,中國(guó)的12個(gè)大都市在2009至2012年間的發(fā)展差距較大。"十三五"期間,其主要發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是中國(guó)大都市之間的差距將進(jìn)一步拉大、團(tuán)隊(duì)將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)容、集聚程度將進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化、都市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整將進(jìn)入反復(fù)震蕩期、生活質(zhì)量會(huì)提到更加重要的地位、文化建設(shè)上將會(huì)有更大作為以及人文型智慧城市將引領(lǐng)中國(guó)智慧城市的新常態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The competitiveness evaluation system of 12 major cities, such as Beijing and Shanghai, includes 5 first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators of population, economy, quality of life, culture and wisdom.This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the competitiveness of 12 metropolitan areas from 2009 to 2012 by using factor analysis, and draws four conclusions: first, from the overall point of view, the development of 12 metropolitan areas is basically positive upward trend; second, from the specific score,The development trend of China's 12 big cities can be divided into three camps. Third, from the horizontal comparison, the development gap between 2009 and 2012 of the 12 big cities in China is large. "During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, its main development trend is that the gap between Chinese cities will be further widened, the team will be further expanded, the level of agglomeration will be further strengthened, and the adjustment of the urban industrial structure will enter a period of repeated fluctuations.The quality of life will be more important, the cultural construction will be greater, and the humanistic intelligent city will lead the new normal of China's intelligent city.
