【摘要】：在現(xiàn)階段,一個(gè)地區(qū)要取得經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的全面發(fā)展,除了需要依靠經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力強(qiáng)大的中心城市外,合理的城鎮(zhèn)體系也是保障全面發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件。隨著重慶五大功能區(qū)的劃分,對重慶市各城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展提出了新的要求,重慶市的城鎮(zhèn)體系結(jié)構(gòu)必將發(fā)生重大的變革。因此,本研究正是從這一視角出發(fā),研究了目前重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系結(jié)構(gòu)所存在的主要問題,并提出優(yōu)化重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系的對策建議。首先,本文對所用到的定量研究方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明,并對國內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)體系的研究情況進(jìn)行了綜述,對城鎮(zhèn)體系的核心概念和主要基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了論述。其次,本文對重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系的發(fā)展歷程、規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)、空間結(jié)構(gòu)、職能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)全面的探討。(1)在分析重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系發(fā)展歷程時(shí),通過對重慶市直轄前和直轄后的城鎮(zhèn)體系進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)后,得出重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)�？焖贁U(kuò)大、結(jié)構(gòu)變化巨大。(2)在分析重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)式時(shí),分析了重慶市城鎮(zhèn)人口規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu),并運(yùn)用首位度分析法對重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系及五大功能區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究,得出重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系城鎮(zhèn)人口規(guī)模和各區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)首位度存在著較大差異。(3)在分析重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),分析了重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系的人口密度和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)密度,并對重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系的空間關(guān)聯(lián)維數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,并得出重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系人口和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)空間分布不均,各城鎮(zhèn)空間呈直線分布。(4)在分析重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系職能結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),分析了重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和行業(yè)就業(yè)人口結(jié)構(gòu),并在此基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)用納爾遜的職能統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法對重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系職能專門化程度進(jìn)行了測算,得出重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系三次產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值和結(jié)構(gòu)、各職能部門就業(yè)人口比重、職能專門化程度都存在較大差異。再次,通過上面對重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系的發(fā)展歷程、規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)、空間結(jié)構(gòu)、職能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,可以得出重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系主要存在三大問題:(1)中心城鎮(zhèn)首位度過高,人口規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)失衡;(2)空間結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理,空間關(guān)聯(lián)性偏低;(3)城鎮(zhèn)職能分工不明,產(chǎn)業(yè)趨同現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重。本文還對影響重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系結(jié)構(gòu)的因素進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為可利用土地資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展、交通發(fā)展、政策是影響重慶城鎮(zhèn)體系結(jié)構(gòu)的主要因素。最后,在上面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,就重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系的規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)、空間結(jié)構(gòu)、職能結(jié)構(gòu)提出了優(yōu)化對策建議。重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)從控制首位城鎮(zhèn)人口規(guī)模,擴(kuò)大輻射帶動(dòng)作用;積極培育大城市,彌補(bǔ)體系斷層狀態(tài);提升中小城市規(guī)模,加快中小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展這三方面優(yōu)化。重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)從調(diào)整人口空間結(jié)構(gòu),完善空間結(jié)構(gòu)體系;完善交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋這兩方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。重慶市城鎮(zhèn)體系職能結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)從加快產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,優(yōu)化三次產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)比;做好城鎮(zhèn)職能定位,注重城鎮(zhèn)職能的趨異和互補(bǔ)這兩方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:At this stage, a region to achieve a comprehensive economic and social development, in addition to the center of the city rely on strong economic strength, reasonable urban system is the basic condition of developing security. This paper also analyzes the influence factors of Chongqing's urban system structure, that can use land resources, economic development, urban development, transportation development, policy is the main factor affecting the Chongqing urban system structure. Finally, based on the above analysis, the scale structure, spatial structure of urban system in Chongqing the functional structure, put forward the optimization countermeasures. Chongqing city scale structure of urban system should first control the size of the urban population, expanding the role of radiation; actively cultivate large city, make up the system fault state; enhance the size of a small city, to accelerate the development of small towns in Chongqing city. The three aspects of optimizing the spatial structure of urban system should adjust the population spatial structure. To improve the spatial structure; improve the structure of the traffic network, traffic network coverage optimization. These two aspects of Chongqing's urban system function structure should speed up The industrial transformation and upgrading, the optimization of the three industrial structure ratio, the positioning of urban functions, the convergence of the urban functions and the complementarity of the urban functions are optimized in the two aspects.
