【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國和經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng),國際影響力的不斷提升和沿邊地區(qū)的進(jìn)一步開放,大量外籍勞務(wù)人員紛紛涌入我國境內(nèi),這一現(xiàn)象在中緬邊境地區(qū)的德宏州顯得尤為突出。不斷增多的緬籍勞務(wù)人員以及頻繁跨國流動,在推動中緬邊境地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的同時(shí),也給地方治理和邊疆安全帶來諸多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn)。因此,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)信息共享、積極建立聯(lián)動機(jī)制、著力構(gòu)建培訓(xùn)體系、不斷探索管理模式、深入推進(jìn)邊疆治理,成為應(yīng)對大量緬籍勞務(wù)人員跨國流動帶來的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn),維護(hù)中緬邊疆和諧穩(wěn)定與國家長治久安的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the strengthening of China's economic strength, the continuous upgrading of international influence and the further opening of the border areas, a large number of foreign labor workers have poured into our country.This phenomenon is particularly prominent in Dehong Prefecture, a border area between China and Myanmar.The increasing number of Burmese labor workers and frequent cross-border mobility not only promote the economic and social development of the Sino-Myanmar border areas but also bring many risks and challenges to local governance and border security.Therefore, to realize the information sharing, to establish the linkage mechanism, to build the training system, to explore the management mode, and to promote the management of the frontier are the realistic challenges brought about by the transnational movement of a large number of Burmese labor workers.The effective way to maintain the harmony and stability of China-Burma border and the long-term stability of the country.
