【摘要】：今年以來(lái),我國(guó)就業(yè)形勢(shì)基本平穩(wěn),但勞動(dòng)力總體供求矛盾、部分行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)上升、區(qū)域差異加劇、"機(jī)器換人"影響、青年就業(yè)困難等問(wèn)題不能輕視�？傮w上看,我國(guó)保持就業(yè)穩(wěn)定具有良好的基礎(chǔ)和條件。為使就業(yè)"底盤(pán)"更趨穩(wěn)固,需妥善安置去產(chǎn)能下崗職工,強(qiáng)化公共就業(yè)服務(wù),切實(shí)支持創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新,抓好重點(diǎn)人群就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of this year, the employment situation in China has been basically stable, but the overall contradiction between supply and demand of labor force, the rise of risks in some industries, the aggravation of regional differences, the influence of "machine replacement" and the difficulties of youth employment should not be ignored.Overall, our country maintains the employment stability to have the good foundation and the condition.In order to make the "chassis" of employment more stable, it is necessary to properly place laid-off workers and staff with production capacity, strengthen public employment services, earnestly support pioneering innovation, and do a good job for key people.
