【摘要】：本文基于案例分析,梳理了科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域公私合作項(xiàng)目利益分配的相關(guān)情況;針對知識財(cái)產(chǎn)類利益分配,選取重大創(chuàng)新專項(xiàng)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)、國際研發(fā)合作等類型案例分析了具體做法;針對利潤類利益分配,選取工業(yè)競爭性研發(fā)計(jì)劃及研究成果轉(zhuǎn)化計(jì)劃類型案例展開探討;在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域運(yùn)用公私合作模式的利益分配原則。
[Abstract]:Based on the case study, this paper combs the relevant situation of the benefit distribution of the public-private cooperation projects in the field of science and technology innovation, and selects the major innovation projects and the construction of scientific research institutions for the benefit distribution of the knowledge and property category. International R & D cooperation and other types of cases are analyzed in this paper. Based on the profit distribution, the industrial competitive R & D plan and the research achievement conversion plan are selected to discuss. This paper summarizes the principle of benefit distribution in the field of science and technology innovation using the model of public-private cooperation.
