【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的不斷深入,“十二五”期間,中國(guó)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)發(fā)生重大變革,這種變革已經(jīng)深入到了全中國(guó)各個(gè)地區(qū)、各個(gè)行業(yè)。物流業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的服務(wù)性行業(yè),它的發(fā)展水平直接影響著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。近年來(lái)中國(guó)電子商務(wù)的快速崛起,也對(duì)中國(guó)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展水平提出更高的要求。2014年9月國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)了物流業(yè)發(fā)展中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃(2014—2020年)的通知,在該通知中,詳細(xì)分析了我國(guó)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨的形式,對(duì)未來(lái)我國(guó)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展提出總體目標(biāo)并指出重點(diǎn)建設(shè)工程,這對(duì)我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展優(yōu)化、整體水平提升做出了綱領(lǐng)性指導(dǎo)。分析我國(guó)物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀發(fā)現(xiàn),大部分物流企業(yè)均為中小物流企業(yè),企業(yè)發(fā)展水平較低,難以滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)物流業(yè)的需求。本文通過(guò)對(duì)陜西咸陽(yáng)市區(qū)物流企業(yè)的調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),本地區(qū)物流企業(yè)規(guī)模、整體發(fā)展水平、盈利能力、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃等方面不容樂(lè)觀。近幾年面對(duì)大型中外物流企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和市場(chǎng)的挑戰(zhàn),本地區(qū)企業(yè),特別是中小物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨諸多問(wèn)題。本文從本地區(qū)中小物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),結(jié)合地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢(shì),提出了在本地區(qū)構(gòu)建物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟的方式來(lái)引導(dǎo)本地區(qū)中小物流企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期健康發(fā)展。這一觀點(diǎn)基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論、博弈論、交易費(fèi)用理論,引入虛擬物流聯(lián)盟等概念。文章中分析了中小物流企業(yè)建立企業(yè)聯(lián)盟的必要性和優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)本地區(qū)的物流企業(yè)建立物流聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行了SWOT分析。針對(duì)咸陽(yáng)地區(qū)物流企業(yè)的不同類型,選擇了相應(yīng)的物流聯(lián)盟模式,在此基礎(chǔ)上說(shuō)明了建立物流企業(yè)聯(lián)盟的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,從聯(lián)盟的建立、聯(lián)盟間資源的共享、信息的溝通、信任機(jī)制的建立等多方面進(jìn)行深入研究。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's economic reform, during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, major changes have taken place in the overall economy of China, which has penetrated into all regions and industries throughout the country. The logistics industry is regarded as a service industry for economic development. Its development level has a direct impact on the development process of China's economy. In recent years, the rapid rise of e-commerce in China, In September 2014, the State Council issued a circular on the medium and long-term plan for the development of the logistics industry for 2014-2020, in which the current situation and the forms facing the development of the logistics industry in China were analyzed in detail. This paper puts forward the overall goal of the development of logistics industry in our country in the future and points out the key construction projects, which provides programmatic guidance for the development and optimization of the logistics industry structure in our country and the promotion of the overall level, and finds out the present situation of the development of the logistics industry in China. Most of the logistics enterprises are small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, the level of development of enterprises is low, it is difficult to meet the demand of economic development for the logistics industry. Through the investigation of logistics enterprises in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, we find that the scale of logistics enterprises in this area, The overall level of development, profitability, market competitiveness, long-term development plans of enterprises are not optimistic. In recent years, faced with the competition and market challenges of large domestic and foreign logistics enterprises, local enterprises, In particular, the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises faces many problems. Based on the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the region, this paper combines the situation of regional economic development. This paper puts forward the way of constructing logistics enterprise alliance in this area to guide the long-term and healthy development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in this region. This view is based on the theory of enterprise strategic alliance, game theory and transaction cost theory. This paper introduces the concept of virtual logistics alliance, analyzes the necessity and advantage of establishing enterprise alliance of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, and analyzes the logistics alliance of local logistics enterprises by SWOT. Aiming at the different types of logistics enterprises in Xianyang area, the paper analyzes the necessity and advantage of establishing the alliance of logistics enterprises in Xianyang area. This paper chooses the corresponding logistics alliance mode, and on this basis explains the realization way of establishing logistics enterprise alliance, from the establishment of alliance, the sharing of resources between alliances, the communication of information, the establishment of trust mechanism and so on.
