【摘要】：文章通過因子分析法表明,我國2000—2013年農(nóng)村普惠金融發(fā)展水平及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌度均有較大幅度提高;納入教育水平、財政支出及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)作為控制變量,采用格蘭杰因果檢驗和協(xié)整回歸進(jìn)行實證研究表明:我國農(nóng)村普惠金融發(fā)展對城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌提升有直接的正向關(guān)系;人力資源投入不均導(dǎo)致教育支出未有效促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的發(fā)展;產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級主要針對非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)而忽視了農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整,對城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的促進(jìn)作用不明顯。為此必須處理好普惠金融制度創(chuàng)新、人力資源均衡配置及農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)同步優(yōu)化調(diào)整的協(xié)同關(guān)系,促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Through factor analysis, the paper shows that the development level of rural inclusive finance and the degree of urban and rural planning have been greatly improved in China from 2000 to 2013, and the educational level, financial expenditure and industrial structure are taken as control variables. The empirical study using Granger causality test and cointegration regression shows that the development of rural inclusive finance has a direct positive relationship to the overall development of urban and rural areas, and the uneven investment of human resources does not effectively promote the overall development of urban and rural areas. The upgrading of industrial structure is mainly aimed at non-agricultural industries and neglects the adjustment of rural industries, which does not play an obvious role in promoting the overall planning of urban and rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to properly handle the innovation of inclusive financial system. The coordinated relationship between the balanced allocation of human resources and the synchronous optimization and adjustment of the rural industrial structure promotes the overall development of urban and rural areas.
