【摘要】：機(jī)電產(chǎn)品為我國的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了巨大的物質(zhì)財(cái)富,同時(shí)也消耗掉了大量的資源能源、對環(huán)境進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)重的污染與破壞。二0一三年九月,習(xí)近平總書記指出:“我們既要綠水青山,也要金山銀山。寧要綠水青山,不要金山銀山,而且綠水青山就是金山銀山�！鄙鷦拥谋磉_(dá)了我黨和政府大力推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的鮮明態(tài)度與堅(jiān)定決心。生態(tài)質(zhì)量作為一個(gè)全新的概念,把質(zhì)量的涵義進(jìn)行了拓展,把對環(huán)境的影響也概括在其中,恰恰體現(xiàn)了綠色、循環(huán)、低碳發(fā)展的理念。本文對機(jī)電產(chǎn)品的生態(tài)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了研究,運(yùn)用生命周期的基本方法,以彩色電視機(jī)為例作出評價(jià),探索更加有利于生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會的綜合新路徑。本文具體內(nèi)容如下:1.梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于機(jī)電產(chǎn)品、質(zhì)量、生命周期理論的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)一步明確了質(zhì)量的概念及其演化、生命周期的方法與軟件工具研究現(xiàn)狀,并通過分析與對比,提出了本文擬解決的問題。2.從生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會三方面建立機(jī)電產(chǎn)品生態(tài)質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系,包括全球變暖、酸化、富營養(yǎng)化等17個(gè)三級指標(biāo),并給出詳盡的評價(jià)模型,結(jié)合清單分析與層次分析法給出計(jì)算方法。3.以彩色電視機(jī)為例,通過生命周期、文獻(xiàn)搜索、計(jì)算推斷、問卷調(diào)查等多種手段得到其生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會數(shù)據(jù),分析討論,得出彩色電視機(jī)使用階段對生態(tài)的影響最大,為總體的68.20%;對全球變暖的影響最大,為總體的99.38%;彩色電視機(jī)的企業(yè)成本最高,為總體的58.25%;消費(fèi)者對彩色電視機(jī)的感官性能滿意度最高,為總體的48.33%。并就上述結(jié)果從政府、企業(yè)、消費(fèi)者等方面給出對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Mechanical and electrical products have created huge material wealth for the development of our country, at the same time they have also consumed a large amount of resources and energy, and caused serious pollution and destruction to the environment. In September 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "We need green water and green mountains. And Jinshan and Yinshan; rather the green waters and the green hills than the golden hills and the silver mountains, And Green Water Castle Peak is Jinshan Silver Mountain. "it vividly expresses our party and government's clear attitude and firm determination to vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization. Ecological quality, as a new concept, expands the meaning of quality." This paper studies the ecological quality of mechanical and electrical products, using the basic method of life cycle, taking color television as an example to make an evaluation. Exploring a new comprehensive path that is more conducive to ecology, economy and society. The specific contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Combing the relevant literature on mechanical and electrical products, quality, life cycle theory at home and abroad, further clarifying the concept and evolution of quality. Based on the analysis and comparison of the methods and software tools of the life cycle, the paper puts forward the problem to be solved in this paper. Secondly, the ecological quality evaluation system of mechanical and electrical products is established from three aspects: ecology, economy and society, including global warming, acidizing, and so on. 17 tertiary indicators such as eutrophication are given, and a detailed evaluation model is given. Combining list analysis and analytic hierarchy process, the calculation method .3.Taking color television as an example, through life cycle, literature search, calculation and inference, By means of questionnaire survey and other means, the ecological, economic and social data, and the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the use stage of color television has the greatest impact on ecology, which is 68.20% of the total, and has the greatest impact on global warming. The enterprise cost of color TV is the highest, which is 58.25; the satisfaction of consumers to the sensory performance of color TV is the highest, which is 48.33.The countermeasures and suggestions on the above results are given from the government, enterprises, consumers and so on.
