【摘要】：在我國(guó)目前快速城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的背景下,蘇州太湖周邊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)在新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中仍然存在著不少的問(wèn)題,包括城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)規(guī)劃滯后、政府管理體制不完善、政策支持有限、人口城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程緩慢等,故,在蘇州太湖周邊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)在新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)過(guò)程中,我們必須認(rèn)識(shí)到新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵和意義,認(rèn)識(shí)到以人為核心的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)本質(zhì),結(jié)合蘇州太湖周邊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,吸取國(guó)外城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),多角度地研究解決蘇州太湖周邊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)問(wèn)題,從而為蘇州太湖周邊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提供良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境,為蘇州太湖周邊鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的進(jìn)一步新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)打好堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization in our country, there are still many problems in the construction of new urbanization in the villages and towns around Taihu Lake in Suzhou, including the lagging of urbanization construction planning, imperfect government management system and limited policy support. The process of population urbanization is slow, therefore, in the process of new urbanization construction in the towns around Taihu Lake in Suzhou, we must realize the connotation and significance of the new urbanization construction, realize the essence of urbanization construction with people as the core. Combined with the present situation of urbanization construction in towns around Taihu Lake in Suzhou, and drawing on the experience and lessons of foreign urbanization construction, the paper studies and solves the urbanization construction problem of towns around Taihu Lake in Suzhou from many angles. Thus, it provides a good development environment for the new urbanization construction around Suzhou Taihu Lake, and lays a solid foundation for the further new type urbanization construction around Suzhou Taihu Lake.
