【摘要】：近年來,我國的環(huán)境問題日益突出,環(huán)保理念越來越深入人心,國家相關(guān)部門對企業(yè)的環(huán)境工作愈加重視,企業(yè)逐漸將環(huán)境因素融入到其經(jīng)營活動(dòng)當(dāng)中,對此環(huán)境經(jīng)營已經(jīng)成為眾企業(yè)一種新的經(jīng)營模式。重污染行業(yè)作為節(jié)能減排壓力最大的行業(yè),其環(huán)境經(jīng)營工作勢在必行。本文研究的環(huán)境經(jīng)營等級評價(jià)制度作為一種新的激勵(lì)方式,對于促進(jìn)企業(yè)環(huán)境經(jīng)營工作和擴(kuò)展環(huán)境經(jīng)營理論,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)閱讀法、定量分析、比較分析和實(shí)證分析等方法,結(jié)合了循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)工業(yè)和利益相關(guān)者等理論,對我國重污染企業(yè)的環(huán)境經(jīng)營等級評價(jià)進(jìn)行了深入的研究和探索。本文首先對重污染企業(yè)、環(huán)境經(jīng)營及相關(guān)相近概念進(jìn)行了界定;其次,從戰(zhàn)略、管理、績效三個(gè)層面建立了重污染企業(yè)的環(huán)境經(jīng)營等級評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并選取變權(quán)計(jì)算和空間矢量法對企業(yè)的環(huán)境經(jīng)營水平進(jìn)行測度;再次,本文選取鋼鐵行業(yè)的四家典型企業(yè)進(jìn)行了環(huán)境經(jīng)營等級評價(jià),對四家企業(yè)的環(huán)境經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入的分析,針對企業(yè)在環(huán)境經(jīng)營中存在的問題進(jìn)行了探討并給出了改進(jìn)的建議;最后,本文給出了實(shí)施環(huán)境經(jīng)營等級評價(jià)制度的基本保障措施,并就本文的展望和不足做出了進(jìn)一步的闡述。通過本文的研究,能夠?qū)ξ覈匚廴酒髽I(yè)的環(huán)境經(jīng)營工作起到促進(jìn)和指導(dǎo)作用,促進(jìn)了企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。與此同時(shí)環(huán)境經(jīng)營等級評價(jià)的結(jié)果也能為政府、金融等相關(guān)部門的政策、金融決策提供更科學(xué)的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the environmental problems in our country have become increasingly prominent, the concept of environmental protection has become more and more popular, the relevant departments of the state have paid more attention to the environmental work of enterprises, and the enterprises have gradually incorporated environmental factors into their business activities. Environmental management has become a new business model for many enterprises. Heavy pollution industry is the industry with the greatest pressure of energy saving and emission reduction. It is imperative to do environmental management work. As a new incentive method, the environmental management rating evaluation system studied in this paper can promote the environmental management work of enterprises and expand the environmental management theory. This paper uses the methods of literature reading, quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and empirical analysis to combine the theories of circular economy, ecological industry and stakeholders. The environmental management grade evaluation of heavy pollution enterprises in China has been deeply studied and explored. Firstly, this paper has defined the heavy pollution enterprises, environmental management and related concepts; secondly, from the strategy, management, management, Three levels of performance of the establishment of heavy pollution enterprises environmental management rating evaluation index system, and select variable weight calculation and space vector method to measure the level of environmental management of enterprises; third, In this paper, four typical enterprises in iron and steel industry are selected to evaluate the environmental management level, and the environmental management status of the four enterprises is analyzed in depth. This paper discusses the problems existing in the environmental management of enterprises and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. Finally, this paper gives the basic safeguard measures for the implementation of the environmental management rating evaluation system. Through the research of this paper, it can promote and guide the environmental management of heavy pollution enterprises in our country. At the same time, the results of environmental management grade evaluation can also provide a more scientific basis for government, financial and other related departments' policies and financial decisions.
