人力資本對浙江省區(qū)域制造業(yè)競爭力的影響研究

【摘要】:當前我們步入了知識經(jīng)濟時代,科技和人才的作用日益凸顯。作為第一生產(chǎn)力的科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展影響著國家競爭力水平,而人才的多少影響著科技水平的高低。因此,人力資本在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的作用無可取代。經(jīng)過30多年的努力浙江省作為全球著名的“制造工廠”聞名于世,許多浙江制造的產(chǎn)品走向了世界,形成了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群優(yōu)勢。但是隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外環(huán)境都發(fā)生了改變,原先的勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢漸漸失去,一些弊端正在凸顯:產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量普遍低廉;缺乏創(chuàng)新開發(fā)能力;世界性知名品牌缺乏等。歸根結(jié)底是浙江省制造業(yè)缺乏在世界商場上立足的核心競爭力。本文研究人力資本對浙江省區(qū)域制造業(yè)競爭力的影響具有理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。首先,從理論上分析人力資本對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的影響。提高區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力必須要有能夠滿足人民需求的新科技新技術(shù),通過對人力資本的使用實現(xiàn)改革和創(chuàng)新,特別是專用性人力資本的運用。其次,從人力資本能夠通過改善生產(chǎn)效率提升制造業(yè)競爭力;人力資本能夠通過生產(chǎn)差異化產(chǎn)品提高制造業(yè)競爭力;人力資本能夠通過產(chǎn)業(yè)集群提升制造業(yè)競爭力,分析了人力資本在提升區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力中的作用。最后從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)擴散分析了人力資本對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的作用機制。在第四章構(gòu)建了人力資本投資評價指標體系,采用浙江省統(tǒng)計年鑒關(guān)于浙江省11個地市的數(shù)據(jù),通過對數(shù)據(jù)的分析整理,認為浙江各地市人力資本水平具有明顯的差異性。又構(gòu)建了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價模型,與人力資本綜合排名進行對比,兩者的趨勢基本相同。再者,利用線性回歸分析了人力資本水平與浙江省區(qū)域制造業(yè)競爭力的相關(guān)性,得出結(jié)論:浙江省11個地市的人力資本投資水平與浙江省區(qū)域制造業(yè)競爭力水平基本保持一致,杭州和寧波的人力資本水平和制造業(yè)競爭力水平保持一致,都位居前兩位,并嘗試性地并嘗試性地對一些兩個指標差異較大的地市進行了分析。第五章從完善醫(yī)療保障體系,完善義務教育體系改善制造業(yè)技工培訓機制,營造穩(wěn)定的制造業(yè)人力資本投資體系三方面提出了一系列提升浙江省區(qū)域制造業(yè)競爭力的對策。

This paper research It is of theoretical and practical significance of the human capital of Zhejiang province regional manufacturing industry competitiveness. Firstly, analysis the influence of human capital on regional industrial competitiveness theoretically. Secondly, from the human capital to improve production efficiency through the promotion of manufacturing competitiveness; human capital can enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry through the production of differentiated products; human capital can enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry through the industrial clusters, analyzes the role of human capital in promoting the industrial competitiveness in the region. Finally, the mechanism of human capital on regional industrial competitiveness from the analysis of technology innovation and technology diffusion.
