【摘要】：2009年,我國頒布了《物流業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃》,這為物流行業(yè)實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展提供了契機(jī)。2014年,我國物流業(yè)更是迅速發(fā)展,社會物流總額比2013年增長7.9%。在物流業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的環(huán)境下,物流配送中心有著舉足輕重的位置,然而我國物流配送體系存在諸如流程規(guī)范性差、配送成本高、配送效率低下、管理制度落后、配送中心基建不完善等問題。這些問題極大制約了物流配送的發(fā)展�，F(xiàn)如今,如何降低配送成本、提高系統(tǒng)運作效率和有效管理配送業(yè)務(wù)流程都是亟待解決的問題。本文對物流配送和Petri網(wǎng)建模的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了歸納和分析,明確了論文選題的背景和意義。經(jīng)過對業(yè)務(wù)流程的多種建模方式進(jìn)行仔細(xì)對比和分析,本文最終確定用面向?qū)ο驪etri網(wǎng)對業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行建模。面向?qū)ο驪etri網(wǎng)具有面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)和傳統(tǒng)Petri網(wǎng)的雙方面優(yōu)點,非常適合業(yè)務(wù)流程的分析和建模。本文詳細(xì)分析了典型的物流配送中心的業(yè)務(wù)流程模式,對具體作業(yè)流程進(jìn)行了分析,并繪制了流程圖,然后確定了本文的研究對象是存在問題較多且急需解決的出庫環(huán)節(jié)。利用面向?qū)ο驪etri網(wǎng)的建模方法建立了物流配送中心出庫流程的Petri網(wǎng)模型,并應(yīng)用“關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣分析法”對所建模型的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了求解和分析,證明所建的模型是正確的、可用的。本文針對物流配送中心存在的問題,從多個角度對物流配送中心出庫環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并建立了優(yōu)化后的面向?qū)ο驪etri網(wǎng)模型。而后本文以流程完成的平均時間作為參數(shù),利用ExSpect仿真工具對優(yōu)化前后的Petri網(wǎng)模型進(jìn)行仿真與對比,證實了本文提出的優(yōu)化措施是有效的、可行的。為使仿真結(jié)果更加切合實際情況,對面向?qū)ο驪etri網(wǎng)模型引入隨機(jī)變量,進(jìn)一步論證優(yōu)化措施的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In 2009, China promulgated the "Plan for Adjustment and Revitalization of Logistics Industry", which provides an opportunity for the development of logistics industry by leaps and bounds. In the environment of rapid development of logistics industry, logistics distribution center plays an important role. However, the logistics distribution system of our country has some problems such as poor flow standard, high distribution cost and low distribution efficiency. Problems such as backward management system, imperfect infrastructure of distribution center, and so on. These problems have greatly restricted the development of logistics distribution. Nowadays, how to reduce the cost of distribution, It is urgent to improve the operational efficiency of the system and effectively manage the distribution business process. This paper summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of logistics distribution and Petri net modeling. The background and significance of the selected topic are clarified. After careful comparison and analysis of various modeling methods of business process, In this paper, the object oriented Petri net is used to model the business process. The object oriented Petri net has the advantages of object oriented technology and traditional Petri net. It is very suitable for business process analysis and modeling. This paper analyzes the business process model of typical logistics distribution center in detail, analyzes the specific operation process, and draws the flow chart. Then it is determined that the research object of this paper is the exit link which has many problems and needs to be solved. By using the object-oriented Petri net modeling method, the Petri net model of logistics distribution center outbound process is established. The properties of the model are solved and analyzed by using the method of correlation matrix analysis. It is proved that the model is correct and available. This paper aims at the problems existing in the logistics distribution center. This paper optimizes the outbound link of logistics distribution center from several angles, and establishes the optimized object-oriented Petri net model. Then, the average time of process completion is taken as the parameter. The simulation and comparison of Petri net model before and after optimization by using ExSpect simulation tool prove that the optimization measures proposed in this paper are effective and feasible. In order to make the simulation results more suitable for the actual situation, random variables are introduced into the object-oriented Petri net model. Further demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of optimization measures.
