【摘要】：以戰(zhàn)略生態(tài)位管理的3階段模型和5階段模型為理論假設基礎,以北京市住宅產業(yè)化創(chuàng)新應用為案例,通過扎根研究,探討了政府、研究機構以及產業(yè)鏈上各企業(yè)如何通過創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為包容性創(chuàng)新構建技術生態(tài)位的保護性空間,并最終形成市場生態(tài)位。通過3層編碼分析,梳理了戰(zhàn)略生態(tài)位管理過程,并建立了包含6個核心要素的戰(zhàn)略生態(tài)位管理模型,并將北京市住宅產業(yè)化技術創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略生態(tài)位管理過程分為3個階段,即包容性與技術相結合、建立社會網絡、市場生態(tài)位和嵌入式關系形成。
[Abstract]:Based on the three-stage model and five-stage model of strategic niche management, and taking the innovative application of housing industrialization in Beijing as a case, this paper discusses the government by taking root. The research institutes and enterprises in the industry chain how to construct the protective space of technological niche for inclusive innovation through the innovation ecosystem, and finally form the market niche. Through the analysis of three layers of coding, the paper combs the process of strategic niche management. The strategic niche management model with six core elements is established, and the strategic niche management process of Beijing residence industrialization technology innovation is divided into three stages, that is, inclusive and technological combination, and the establishment of social network. Market niche and embedded relationship form.
