【摘要】：城市低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的高低是低碳城市建設(shè)成果的直接反映,同時(shí)低碳城市建設(shè)的推進(jìn)需要提前找到城市低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力在發(fā)展過(guò)程中可能存在的問(wèn)題。建立城市低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并借助系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)建模對(duì)武漢城市圈、珠三角等4個(gè)城市群2007到2016年間的低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行仿真預(yù)測(cè)分析。研究結(jié)果顯示,中國(guó)城市群城市低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力整體排名變化比較大,武漢城市圈和京津唐城市群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力隨時(shí)間變化呈現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)的變化趨勢(shì),而珠三角和呼包鄂城市群分別呈上升和下降趨勢(shì)。最后,針對(duì)結(jié)果分析,從政府、企業(yè)和居民3個(gè)層面提出提升城市低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The low carbon competitiveness of the city is a direct reflection of the achievements of the construction of the low-carbon city. At the same time, to promote the construction of low-carbon cities, we need to find out the possible problems in the development process of low-carbon cities ahead of time. The evaluation index system of low-carbon competitiveness of cities is established, and the Wuhan city circle is modeled with the help of system dynamics. The low carbon competitiveness of four urban agglomerations, such as the Pearl River Delta, was simulated and forecasted between 2007 and 2016. The results show that the overall ranking of low carbon competitiveness of Chinese urban agglomeration cities has changed greatly. The competitiveness of Wuhan urban circle and Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan urban agglomeration shows a steady changing trend over time, while the Pearl River Delta and Hubao and Hubei urban agglomeration show an upward and downward trend respectively. Enterprises and residents of the three levels proposed to enhance the city's low-carbon competitiveness related recommendations.
