【摘要】：中國(guó)政府歷來(lái)重視“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題,解決好“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題是我國(guó)一項(xiàng)重要的發(fā)展國(guó)策,也是社會(huì)根基穩(wěn)固的磐石。近年,由于農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)的大力推廣和農(nóng)業(yè)科技的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量連創(chuàng)新高。這表明農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)生產(chǎn)水平得到大幅度提高,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)不是限制我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的絆腳石,建立一個(gè)順暢無(wú)阻、高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通系統(tǒng)是解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵,也是廣大農(nóng)民參與農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通從而創(chuàng)收致富的迫切需求。建立一個(gè)高效的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通系統(tǒng),關(guān)鍵在于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流中心的選址,科學(xué)合理的選址可以極大地降低成本,提高物流效率,造福更多人民。目前對(duì)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的研究,主要在于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展模式、物流配送、車輛調(diào)度等問(wèn)題,對(duì)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流中心選址問(wèn)題的研究較少。本文主要研究農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流中心選址,希望能引起對(duì)選址的重視,同時(shí)對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流中心選址具體操作提供一點(diǎn)借鑒。本文首先介紹我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的發(fā)展背景和現(xiàn)狀。介紹選址的兩種類型,即連續(xù)型選址方法和離散型選址方法,重點(diǎn)介紹層次分析法的原理和步驟,分別評(píng)價(jià)各種方法和模型的特點(diǎn)、適用情況。第四章以遼寧省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流為例,首先利用最大覆蓋模型得到初始備選城市,確定AHP指標(biāo)體系,建立模型,在數(shù)據(jù)滿足一致性檢驗(yàn)前提下,對(duì)備選城市的交通因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素和環(huán)境因素綜合評(píng)價(jià),選擇得分最高者。
[Abstract]:The Chinese government has always attached great importance to the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is an important national policy of development in our country and also a solid rock of social foundation. In recent years, due to the vigorous popularization of agricultural technology and the rapid development of agricultural science and technology, This indicates that the basic level of agricultural production has been greatly improved, and that the problem of agricultural production is no longer a stumbling block to restrict the development of our country's agriculture and establish a smooth and unhindered one. An efficient agricultural product circulation system is the key to solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and is also the urgent need for farmers to participate in the circulation of agricultural products to generate income and become rich. The key lies in the location of agricultural products logistics center. Scientific and reasonable location selection can greatly reduce costs, improve logistics efficiency and benefit more people. At present, the research on agricultural product logistics mainly lies in agricultural product development model, logistics distribution, There are few researches on the location of agricultural product logistics center, such as vehicle scheduling. This paper mainly studies the location of agricultural product logistics center, hoping to arouse the attention to the location of agricultural product logistics center. At the same time, it provides some reference for the specific operation of agricultural product logistics center location. Firstly, this paper introduces the development background and current situation of agricultural product logistics in China, and introduces two types of location selection, namely, continuous location method and discrete location method. This paper mainly introduces the principle and steps of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), evaluates the characteristics and applicability of various methods and models respectively. Chapter 4th takes Liaoning Province's agricultural product logistics as an example, first of all, using the maximum coverage model to get the initial alternative city, The index system of AHP is determined, and the model is established. On the premise of consistency test of data satisfaction, comprehensive evaluation of traffic factor, economic factor and environmental factor of alternative city is carried out, and the highest score is selected.
