【摘要】：隨著國際市場競爭的日益激烈,歐美日等國的制造企業(yè)利用物流外包發(fā)展企業(yè)實力,提高社會經(jīng)濟的的先例比比皆是。它們利用先進的信息技術,發(fā)達的交通網(wǎng)絡加上政府的大力支持,成功實現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)和物流業(yè)的兩業(yè)聯(lián)動發(fā)展,為各國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展起到了深遠的影響。我國有一些企業(yè)使用過物流外包業(yè)務,其中包括很大一部分的外資企業(yè),然而國內的一些中小型企業(yè),其利用物流外包服務的次數(shù)和程度更是少之又少。桐城市塑料包裝企業(yè)發(fā)展歷程久遠,但是規(guī)模普遍不高,多以獨立經(jīng)營的中小型企業(yè)為主,經(jīng)營管理方式落后,亟需一種全新的經(jīng)營管理模式來優(yōu)化地區(qū)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級改造,促進企業(yè)發(fā)生質的發(fā)展。本文從國際物流外包發(fā)展歷程切入,總結歸納國際企業(yè)物流外包發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗啟示,立足本地企業(yè)實際情況,分析企業(yè)是否有物流外包的需要、外包可能帶來的風險以及外包產(chǎn)生的成本效益,得出中小型企業(yè)應轉變傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營管理方式,根據(jù)本企業(yè)具體情況,將具有弱勢物流業(yè)務外包給專業(yè)物流服務商。同時地方政府的政策和基礎設施投資支持以及行業(yè)市場信譽體制的建設,都為中小型塑料包裝企業(yè)能夠實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)管理的轉型升級,帶動整個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟騰飛提供有力保障。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the international market, manufacturing enterprises in Europe, America, Japan and other countries use logistics outsourcing to develop enterprise strength and improve social economy. They use advanced information technology. With the strong support of the government, the developed transportation network has successfully realized the linkage development of the manufacturing and logistics industries, which has played a far-reaching role in the rapid economic development of various countries. Some enterprises in our country have used logistics outsourcing business. These enterprises include a large number of foreign-funded enterprises. However, some small and medium-sized enterprises in China make use of logistics outsourcing services less often and to a lesser extent. Tongcheng plastic packaging enterprises have a long history of development, but the scale is generally not high. Most of the small and medium-sized enterprises with independent operation are the main ones, and the mode of operation and management is backward, so it is urgent to optimize the upgrading and transformation of regional superior industries by a completely new mode of operation and management. From the perspective of the development of international logistics outsourcing, this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the development of international logistics outsourcing, based on the actual situation of local enterprises, and analyzes whether enterprises have the need of logistics outsourcing. The risks that outsourcing may bring and the cost effectiveness of outsourcing, it is concluded that small and medium-sized enterprises should change the traditional management mode, according to the specific situation of the enterprise, Outsourcing the weak logistics business to the professional logistics service provider. At the same time, the local government policy and infrastructure investment support, as well as the construction of the industry market reputation system, will enable the small and medium-sized plastic packaging enterprises to realize the transformation and upgrading of production management. Drive the economic take-off of the entire region to provide strong protection.
