【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是國家實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必由之路。在推進新型城鎮(zhèn)化已成為國家戰(zhàn)略背景下,我國城鎮(zhèn)化正處于發(fā)展關(guān)鍵期,推動其繼續(xù)向前發(fā)展既有機遇也有挑戰(zhàn)。改革開放以來,中國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展取得了舉止矚目的成就,但由于地域差異使得各地區(qū)不同程度上呈現(xiàn)出了城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展不一致的情形。因此,系統(tǒng)研究我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,把握發(fā)展機遇和條件,探索出一個適合我國國情的、差異化的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式,這對于完善我國現(xiàn)有城鎮(zhèn)化模式的研究理論,保證城鎮(zhèn)化協(xié)調(diào)、健康發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先歸納總結(jié)了城鎮(zhèn)化模式的有關(guān)概念以及類型,詳盡闡述了研究城鎮(zhèn)化模式的基本理論。其次,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外典型城鎮(zhèn)化模式及其演化規(guī)律,以期為我國的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗。再次,依據(jù)國家最新統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),分別從城鎮(zhèn)化水平及發(fā)展階段、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、人口跨區(qū)域流動、城市等級規(guī)模與職能、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展問題等方面對我國東中西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的空間差異進行研究,并闡述了空間差異產(chǎn)生的原因。最后,進一步對現(xiàn)階段我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的適宜模式給出了建議,為我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)道路的探索提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the only way for the country to realize economic development. Under the background of national strategy to promote the new type of urbanization, China's urbanization is in a critical period of development. There are both opportunities and challenges to push forward the development of urbanization. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, The development of urbanization in China has made remarkable achievements, but due to the regional differences, the development of urbanization in different regions is different to different degrees. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically study the development of urbanization in China and grasp the opportunities and conditions for its development. To explore a differentiated urbanization development model suitable for China's national conditions, which will improve the research theory of the existing urbanization model in China and ensure the coordination of urbanization. Healthy development has important practical significance. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related concepts and types of urbanization model, and expounds the basic theory of urbanization model in detail. Secondly, This paper summarizes the typical urbanization model and its evolution law at home and abroad, in order to provide the experience for the development of urbanization in China. Thirdly, according to the latest national statistical data, from the urbanization level and the development stage, the industrial layout, This paper studies the spatial differences of urbanization in the east, west and west regions of China from the aspects of population flow across regions, the scale and function of urban grade, and the development of urbanization. Finally, the reasons for the spatial differences are expounded. Some suggestions are given on the suitable mode of urbanization development in our country at the present stage, which provides a certain reference for the exploration of the new way of urbanization construction in our country.
