【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)的“全球一體化”進(jìn)程與信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整合導(dǎo)致企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生結(jié)構(gòu)性變異,國(guó)內(nèi)外第三方檢測(cè)企業(yè)之間日趨激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)促使企業(yè)信息架構(gòu)不斷發(fā)展,每個(gè)檢測(cè)業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)都在思索著如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持優(yōu)勢(shì),提高自己的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。很多有前瞻性的企業(yè)都在投資企業(yè)自身的信息化建設(shè),提高企業(yè)信息化水平,希望利用信息化手段幫助企業(yè)提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,提升客戶滿意度,以達(dá)到提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。檢測(cè)管理信息系統(tǒng)(簡(jiǎn)稱TMIS)項(xiàng)目是筆者所在企業(yè)的一個(gè)重要信息化項(xiàng)目,主要是將市場(chǎng)、客戶在線服務(wù)、客戶管理、訂單與檢測(cè)工作管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、資源管理、數(shù)據(jù)分析與決策等檢測(cè)服務(wù)管理中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)聯(lián)結(jié)在一起進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理,以提高檢測(cè)服務(wù)的效率與能力。本文結(jié)合企業(yè)信息架構(gòu)理論、管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)體系、CMMI模型理論、軟件工程理論等,著重分析和研究了TMIS項(xiàng)目從啟動(dòng)規(guī)劃,需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、測(cè)試、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施上線、以及項(xiàng)目收尾等各個(gè)階段的項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程。圍繞TMIS軟件項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量目標(biāo),根據(jù)公司軟件項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,提出為保證TMIS軟件開發(fā)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)達(dá)到最優(yōu)化而采取的具體管理方法與措施,最終制定出適用于TMIS項(xiàng)目的整體管理方案。在整個(gè)論文研究過(guò)程中,對(duì)以往公司軟件項(xiàng)目在信息架構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中存在的不足與成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),因此,也希望能夠通過(guò)對(duì)這個(gè)大項(xiàng)目管理方案的研究與設(shè)計(jì),為今后其它軟件項(xiàng)目管理者提供借鑒與參考的依據(jù),幫助公司持續(xù)改進(jìn)檢測(cè)企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目管理方面的工作。
[Abstract]:The process of "global integration" of economy and the integration of information network lead to the structural variation of enterprise information system. The increasingly fierce competition between the third party testing enterprises at home and abroad promotes the development of enterprise information structure. Every testing business enterprise is thinking about how to maintain its advantage in the competition and improve its core competitiveness. Many forward-looking enterprises are investing in the information construction of the enterprise itself and improving the level of enterprise informatization. Hope to use information technology to help enterprises improve operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, improve customer satisfaction, In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the TMISS project is an important information project for the enterprises where I work. It mainly includes market, customer online service, customer management, order management and testing work management. Financial management, resource management, data analysis and decision making are linked together to improve the efficiency and capability of testing services. Management information system construction, project management knowledge system, CMMI model theory, software engineering theory, etc., this paper mainly analyzes and studies TMIS project from startup planning, requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, project implementation line, etc. According to the actual situation of the company's software project, according to the progress, cost, quality target of the TMIS software project, The concrete management methods and measures to ensure the optimization of TMIS software development project are put forward. Finally, the overall management scheme suitable for TMIS project is worked out. This paper analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings and successful experiences in the information architecture and project management of the company's software projects. Therefore, it also hopes to be able to study and design this large project management scheme. To provide reference and reference for other software project managers in the future, to help the company continuously improve the structure of enterprise information system, project management work.
