【摘要】：在食品安全事件的報(bào)道和輿情監(jiān)督方面,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體正逐漸成為事件解決和政府決策的一股推動(dòng)力量。文章構(gòu)建了一個(gè)食品安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情熱度的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并采用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法對(duì)其進(jìn)行測算。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)事人受罰力度和事件延續(xù)性、媒體報(bào)道內(nèi)容的全面性和信息擴(kuò)散情況、消費(fèi)者對(duì)事件的關(guān)注和了解程度以及政府信息公開的全面性和法制化程度是影響食品安全事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情熱度的主要因素。最后,本文提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the aspect of food safety incident report and public opinion supervision, the network media is gradually becoming a driving force for the resolution of the incident and the government decision. This paper constructs an evaluation index system of the food safety network public opinion heat. The BP neural network method is used to measure it. The results show that the degree of punishment and continuity of events, the comprehensiveness of media coverage and the spread of information, The degree of consumers' concern and understanding of the incident and the comprehensive and legalized degree of government information disclosure are the main factors affecting the popularity of Internet public opinion of food safety incidents. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
