基于物流視角的家電銷售企業(yè)門店選址與內(nèi)部布局優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:我國是家電產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與消費大國,家電銷售企業(yè)門店在市場中占據(jù)重要地位。一般情況下,家電的消費活動通常在家電銷售企業(yè)的門店中進(jìn)行傳統(tǒng)的線下交易模式,大型家電銷售企業(yè)例如蘇寧、國美。但是最初門店成立與運營的時期電子商務(wù)尚未形成規(guī)模,兩者相對獨立,在電子商務(wù)大行其道的今天兩者并未有很好的互助與共贏,反而是電子商務(wù)時代的來臨給傳統(tǒng)門店帶來了較大的沖擊,使其在市場中繼續(xù)運營十分困難。傳統(tǒng)門店的功能定位在電子商務(wù)環(huán)境下一方面會造成企業(yè)利益的損失,另一方面也是對社會資源的一種浪費,總體來說門店在市場中的地位面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。隨著我國電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展日趨成熟,線上產(chǎn)品的豐富以及交易誠信度的提高,傳統(tǒng)家電銷售企業(yè)利用自身優(yōu)勢進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域成為家電銷售行業(yè)的重要趨勢。在電子商務(wù)環(huán)境下,家電銷售企業(yè)門店的功能發(fā)生了怎樣的演化,連接企業(yè)與市場之間的門店的物流功能演化具有怎樣的戰(zhàn)略意義等等問題成為家電銷售企業(yè)發(fā)展的重點研究對象。本文將家電銷售企業(yè)門店作為研究對象,總結(jié)起來主要在以下幾方面做了一些工作:1.通過分析研究,總結(jié)了門店功能演化的規(guī)律,包括:銷售弱化、服務(wù)多元化、數(shù)據(jù)利用深化等趨勢以及各功能與門店物流功能演化的關(guān)系;通過分析物流功能演化的基礎(chǔ)、動力、助力以及導(dǎo)向,得出物流功能演化的實質(zhì)與形式;最后綜合確定門店物流功能演化對門店未來發(fā)展的重要性。2.在確定門店物流功能的重要性的基礎(chǔ)上,討論得出對門店的內(nèi)部布局結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的具體流程,并以蘇寧華陽正西店為例,體現(xiàn)優(yōu)化設(shè)計并附以概念設(shè)計圖。3.分析家電銷售企業(yè)物流發(fā)展的趨勢,結(jié)合門店物流功能的重要性,在原有門店選址方法的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,加入物流需求評價元素,使門店選址的原則與方法更加科學(xué),也讓門店在企業(yè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中扮演重要角色。
[Abstract]:China is a large country in the production and consumption of household appliances, and the stores of household appliances sales enterprises occupy an important position in the market. In general, the consumption activities of household appliances usually carry out the traditional offline trading mode in the stores of the household appliances sales enterprises. Large home appliance sales enterprises such as SUNING and Gome. But the initial period when stores were established and operated, e-commerce has not yet formed a scale, and the two are relatively independent. Today, when e-commerce is popular, both of them do not have very good mutual assistance and win-win results. On the contrary, the advent of the electronic commerce era has brought great impact to the traditional stores, which makes it very difficult to continue to operate in the market. On the one hand, the function orientation of the traditional stores in the electronic commerce environment will result in the loss of the interests of the enterprises. On the other hand, it is also a waste of social resources. In general, the status of stores in the market is facing a huge challenge. It has become an important trend for traditional home appliance sales enterprises to enter the field of electronic commerce by taking advantage of their own advantages. Under the environment of electronic commerce, what kind of evolution has taken place in the functions of the stores of home appliance sales enterprises? The strategic significance of the logistics function evolution between the enterprise and the market has become a key research object for the development of the household appliance sales enterprises. In summary, we mainly do some work in the following aspects: 1.Through analyzing and studying, we summarize the law of the evolution of store function, including the weakening of sales, the diversification of service, The relationship between each function and the evolvement of logistics function of store is analyzed, and the essence and form of the evolution of logistics function are obtained by analyzing the basis, power, power and guidance of the evolvement of logistics function, such as the deepening of data utilization and the relationship between each function and the evolvement of logistics function. Finally, the importance of the evolution of store logistics function to the future development of stores is determined. On the basis of determining the importance of store logistics function, the concrete process of optimizing the internal layout structure of stores is discussed. And take SUNING Huayang Zhengxi store as an example, reflect the optimization design and attach to the concept design diagram .3. analyze the trend of the logistics development of the household appliance sales enterprises, combine the importance of the store logistics function, and optimize the original store location method based on the original store location method. Adding logistics demand evaluation elements makes the principles and methods of store location more scientific, and also allows stores to play an important role in the enterprise logistics network.
