【摘要】:城鎮(zhèn)化是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展到一定階段的必然產(chǎn)物,也是一個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展程度的衡量標準之一。目前,我國城鎮(zhèn)化正處于快速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,諾貝爾獎得主斯蒂格里茲曾指出中國的城鎮(zhèn)化是影響當今世界的兩件事之一,將有助于推動中國的經(jīng)濟乃至世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。零售業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的先導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)和基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),并且已經(jīng)成為促進我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)業(yè)。零售業(yè)是生產(chǎn)與消費的中介,是國民經(jīng)濟各部門的橋梁與紐帶。城鎮(zhèn)化與零售業(yè)的發(fā)展都會影響中國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,決定人們的生活質(zhì)量好壞,而城鎮(zhèn)作為零售業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展的載體,又與零售業(yè)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。所以對城鎮(zhèn)化與零售業(yè)的關(guān)系研究具有特別的意義。城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)一直是我國的大事之一,十八大以來,更是被推至前所未有的高度,國家總理李克強提出:城鎮(zhèn)化是最大的內(nèi)需潛力所在,是經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要依靠,城鎮(zhèn)化既是經(jīng)濟政策的重點,也是未來中國經(jīng)濟增長的動力。而對于零售業(yè)的發(fā)展,隨著市場經(jīng)濟的繁榮以及中國加入WTO,特別是為應(yīng)對金融危機對經(jīng)濟的沖擊,我國采取了一系列擴大內(nèi)需,增加消費的政策,推動了零售業(yè)的進步,該行業(yè)對國民經(jīng)濟的貢獻率也逐步上升。城鎮(zhèn)化對于零售業(yè)的發(fā)展即是機遇又是挑戰(zhàn),因此研究二者的關(guān)系,如何把握城鎮(zhèn)化這一契機從而促使零售業(yè)得到快速提升,成為關(guān)鍵的問題。第一章為導(dǎo)論,介紹了城鎮(zhèn)化與零售業(yè)的研究背景、選題意義以及國內(nèi)和國外的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章的內(nèi)容為文章的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章描述了我國城鎮(zhèn)化與零售業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及二者之間的相關(guān)關(guān)聯(lián)。第四章是實證分析。本章分為兩部分:第一部分是利用主成分分析法得出描述零售業(yè)發(fā)展的一個綜合指標;第二部分是搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并選取零售業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化的有關(guān)指標,利用面板數(shù)據(jù)進行多元回歸分析,并對回歸結(jié)果進行分析。第五章是結(jié)論及政策建議。根據(jù)實證分析的結(jié)果得出本文的結(jié)論,我國的人口城鎮(zhèn)化、生活方式的城鎮(zhèn)化、土地城鎮(zhèn)化和城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)都能有效的促進零售業(yè)的發(fā)展,但東中西部地區(qū)促進作用不同。根據(jù)結(jié)論提出有效的政策建議:關(guān)注農(nóng)村轉(zhuǎn)移人口的生活,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)民工市民化;加強和完善各級城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);合理引導(dǎo),鼓勵區(qū)域均衡發(fā)展;抓住發(fā)展機遇,實現(xiàn)零售產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the inevitable outcome of economic development to a certain stage, and it is also one of the measures of the degree of regional economic development. At present, urbanization in China is in a critical period of rapid development. Nobel laureate Stiglitz has pointed out that China's urbanization is one of two things that affect the world today. It will help to promote the development of China's economy and even the world economy. Retailing is the leading industry and basic industry of the national economy. Retailing is the intermediary of production and consumption, the bridge and link of all sectors of the national economy. The development of urbanization and retailing will affect the economic development of China. Determine the quality of life of people, and towns as the carrier of retail development. Therefore, the research on the relationship between urbanization and retailing is of special significance. Urbanization construction has been one of the major events in China since 18. Even more pushed to an unprecedented height, Premier Li Keqiang proposed: urbanization is the largest potential of domestic demand, is an important basis for economic restructuring, urbanization is the focus of economic policy. It will also be the driving force of China's economic growth in the future. But for the development of retail trade, with the prosperity of market economy and China's entry into WTO, especially in response to the impact of the financial crisis on the economy. China has adopted a series of policies to expand domestic demand and increase consumption, which has promoted the progress of retail industry, and the contribution rate of this industry to the national economy has gradually increased. Urbanization is both an opportunity and a challenge to the development of retail industry. Therefore, the study of the relationship between the two, how to grasp the opportunity of urbanization in order to promote the rapid promotion of retail industry, become a key issue. Chapter one is the introduction, introduced the research background of urbanization and retailing. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the article. The third chapter describes the development of urbanization and retail industry in China. Chapter 4th is an empirical analysis. This chapter is divided into two parts: the first part is the use of principal component analysis to obtain a comprehensive index to describe the development of retail industry; The second part is to collect relevant data, and select the retail industry and urbanization indicators, using panel data to carry out multivariate regression analysis. And the regression results are analyzed. 5th chapter is the conclusions and policy recommendations. According to the results of empirical analysis, the conclusion of this paper is that the urbanization of population and the urbanization of life style in China. Land urbanization and the construction of urban infrastructure can effectively promote the development of retail industry, but the promotion role of the central, western and eastern regions is different. According to the conclusion, the effective policy recommendations: pay attention to the life of rural migrant population. Realizing the urbanization of migrant workers; Strengthening and perfecting the infrastructure construction of cities and towns at all levels; Reasonable guidance to encourage regional balanced development; Seize development opportunity, realize retail industry modernization development.
