【摘要】：通過(guò)分析我國(guó)綠色小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,指出其發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在綠色小城鎮(zhèn)認(rèn)知度不夠、法律法規(guī)不健全、激勵(lì)機(jī)制不完善、技術(shù)研發(fā)和技術(shù)人才缺乏等突出問(wèn)題,從綠色小城鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)發(fā)展涉及的規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、運(yùn)行、管理等多領(lǐng)域,政府機(jī)構(gòu)、建設(shè)發(fā)展主體、金融機(jī)構(gòu)、轄區(qū)居民等多利益主體入手,綜合考慮技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理、法規(guī)等諸多層面的協(xié)調(diào)與配合,制定切實(shí)可行的應(yīng)對(duì)對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the present situation of the development of green small towns in China, it is pointed out that there are some outstanding problems in the process of development, such as insufficient recognition of green small towns, imperfect laws and regulations, imperfect incentive mechanism, lack of technical research and development and lack of technical talents. From the green small town construction and development involved in the planning, construction, operation, management and other areas, government agencies, construction and development of the main body, financial institutions, residents and other multi-interest subjects, comprehensive consideration of technology, economy. Coordinate and coordinate management, regulation and other levels, and formulate feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
