【摘要】：為推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟知識(shí)共享的高效率均衡,綜合考慮知識(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)特征和產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向的準(zhǔn)公共性,設(shè)計(jì)了基于自組織和他組織知識(shí)共享的兩階段博弈模式。第一階段,構(gòu)建基于位勢(shì)和效用的知識(shí)共享博弈模型,對(duì)比分析聯(lián)盟集中決策與分散決策下成員個(gè)體特征、聯(lián)盟特征等因素對(duì)知識(shí)共享效用的影響機(jī)理;第二階段,建立基于激勵(lì)和效用的知識(shí)共享博弈模型,剖析個(gè)體特征、聯(lián)盟特征、聯(lián)盟激勵(lì)對(duì)知識(shí)共享效用的影響機(jī)理,并結(jié)合數(shù)值算例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。由此,構(gòu)建“自組織+他組織”的兩階段知識(shí)共享策略,為推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟知識(shí)共享的高效率均衡提供了理論參考。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the efficient equilibrium of knowledge sharing in industrial technological innovation alliance, the economic characteristics of knowledge and the quasi-public of industry orientation are considered comprehensively. A two-stage game model based on self-organization and other organization knowledge sharing is designed. In the first stage, the knowledge sharing game model based on potential and utility is constructed. This paper compares and analyzes the influence mechanism of the individual characteristics of members and alliance characteristics on the utility of knowledge sharing under the alliance centralized decision and decentralized decision. In the second stage, the game model of knowledge sharing based on incentive and utility is established to analyze the influence mechanism of individual characteristics, alliance characteristics and alliance incentives on the utility of knowledge sharing. Constructing the two-stage knowledge sharing strategy of "self-organizing other organization" provides a theoretical reference for promoting the efficient equilibrium of knowledge sharing in industrial technological innovation alliance.
