【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟體制改革的日益深化,穩(wěn)步上升的市場需求給工程造價咨詢行業(yè)帶來了良好的發(fā)展契機,也對其提出了更高的要求。目前,無論是從政府的監(jiān)理狀況上看,還是從行業(yè)自身的發(fā)展情形看,我國工程造價咨詢行業(yè)都不夠完善,這對成立不久的工程造價咨詢企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有很大影響。在深入分析造價咨詢行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,全面挖掘造價咨詢企業(yè)內(nèi)部的各種資源,有針對性地制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,對促進(jìn)工程造價咨詢企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文以河南精速工程造價咨詢有限公司(以下簡稱“河南精速造價公司”)為研究對象,對其發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和未來發(fā)展的方略進(jìn)行深入探索。由于河南精速造價公司成立時間晚、歷史短,目前尚處于初步發(fā)展階段,企業(yè)規(guī)模偏小、服務(wù)范圍窄、內(nèi)部管理體系尚不夠系統(tǒng)、管理技術(shù)水平有待提升,所以客戶認(rèn)知度低,同其他咨詢企業(yè)相比,競爭力相對較弱。本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從解讀工程造價咨詢行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀入手,深入剖析河南精速造價公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,理清公司目前需要迫切解決的問題。本文深入分析外部環(huán)境為工程造價咨詢公司帶來的機會與挑戰(zhàn),并結(jié)合河南精速造價公司當(dāng)前發(fā)展階段的特點和資源優(yōu)勢,來確定河南精速造價公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)河南精速造價公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實際需要,從人力資源、技術(shù)能力、經(jīng)營管理等方面,提出戰(zhàn)略實施的具體措施,以促進(jìn)河南精速造價公司形成和保持一定的競爭優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's economic system reform, the steadily rising market demand has brought a good opportunity for the development of engineering cost consulting industry, but also put forward higher requirements. Whether from the supervision of the government, or from the development of the industry itself, China's engineering cost consulting industry is not perfect. This will have a great impact on the development of the engineering cost consulting enterprises soon established. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the development environment of the cost consulting industry, all kinds of resources within the cost consulting enterprises will be excavated in an all-round way. To formulate a strategic plan for development in a targeted manner. It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of engineering cost consulting enterprises. This paper takes Henan Jingzheng Project cost Consulting Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Henan Fine Speed cost Company") as the research object. Due to the late establishment time and short history of Henan Fine Speed cost Company, it is still in the initial stage of development, the scale of the enterprise is small, and the scope of service is narrow. Internal management system is not yet systematic, management technology needs to be improved, so customer awareness is low, compared with other consulting enterprises, the competitiveness is relatively weak. From the interpretation of the status quo of engineering cost consulting industry, the paper deeply analyzes the internal and external environment of Henan fine speed cost company. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the external environment for the engineering cost consulting company, and combines the characteristics and resource advantages of the current development stage of Henan Jingzhou-Construction Co., Ltd. with a thorough analysis of the opportunities and challenges that the external environment brings to the engineering cost consulting company. On this basis, according to the actual needs of the development strategy of Henan Fine Speed cost Company, from the aspects of human resources, technical capability, management and so on. The concrete measures of implementing the strategy are put forward in order to promote the formation and maintenance of competitive advantage and realize the sustainable development of Henan Fine Speed cost Company.
