【摘要】：隨著我國綜合實力的不斷提高,我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展也得到明顯的提升,從而增強了其在社會發(fā)展中的戰(zhàn)略地位。雖然城鎮(zhèn)化提升其全方位發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,但仍然出現(xiàn)很多問題。伴隨著人類歷史不斷前進的腳步,科學技術(shù)得到了快速發(fā)展,這為人類生活提供了更多的便利,人們利用科學技術(shù)開始認識自然和改造自然�？茖W技術(shù)產(chǎn)生于人類的實踐活動,體現(xiàn)了人類的本質(zhì),同時又在實踐中為人所用,成為改造自然環(huán)境的武器,從而創(chuàng)造出許多無法想象的奇跡。為積極穩(wěn)妥的推進我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展建設(shè),需要我們積極探索綠色科技如何促進新型城鎮(zhèn)化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時明確新型城鎮(zhèn)化對科技的需求,理清城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵科技問題以及綠色科技融入新型城鎮(zhèn)化機制體制的戰(zhàn)略路徑,切實發(fā)揮科技對新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的引導和支撐作用。本文的理論結(jié)構(gòu)和思路是：首先闡述本文選題背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的目的和意義。其次借鑒國外城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進程,對我國城鎮(zhèn)化的進程發(fā)展進行反思。構(gòu)建出新型城鎮(zhèn)化的理論框架,力求科學、實用。隨后通過對綠色科技促進城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的規(guī)律認識的回顧,分析我國綠色科技支撐城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展所面臨的問題研究；回顧中國城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展歷程,指出目前我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展存在的問題。最后提出有利于綠色科技融入新型城鎮(zhèn)化的政策建議,創(chuàng)新城鎮(zhèn)管理以及科教興城。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive strength, the development of urbanization in China has also been significantly enhanced, thus enhancing its strategic position in social development, although urbanization has enhanced its all-round development. Sustainable development and coordinated development, but there are still many problems. With the continuous progress of human history, science and technology has been rapid development, which provides more convenience for human life. Using science and technology, people began to understand and transform nature. Science and technology originated from the practice of human activities, reflecting the nature of human beings, and at the same time in practice to be used as a weapon to transform the natural environment. Thus create many unimaginable miracles. In order to actively and steadily promote the development of new urbanization in China, we need to actively explore how green technology to promote the sustainable development of new urbanization. At the same time, it clarifies the demand of new urbanization for science and technology, clarifies the key scientific and technological issues of urbanization development and the strategic path of green science and technology into the new urbanization mechanism system. Give full play to the guidance and support of science and technology to the development of new urbanization. The theoretical structure and ideas of this paper are: first of all, this paper describes the background of this topic, domestic and foreign research status. The purpose and significance of the study. Secondly, draw lessons from the foreign urbanization development process, to reflect on the development of urbanization process in China, to build a new theoretical framework of urbanization, and strive for science. Then through the review of the law of green science and technology to promote the development of urbanization, this paper analyzes the problems faced by green science and technology in supporting the development of urbanization in China. This paper reviews the development course of China's urbanization, points out the problems existing in the development of China's new urbanization at present, and finally puts forward some policy suggestions conducive to the integration of green science and technology into the new type of urbanization, innovates urban management and reinvigorates the city through science and education.
