【摘要】：在煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)中,煤炭物流是一個(gè)相當(dāng)重要的環(huán)節(jié),它是生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)的紐帶,關(guān)系到煤炭企業(yè)和我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。煤炭作為最基礎(chǔ)的能源,在我國能源的可采儲(chǔ)量中,可采儲(chǔ)量占80%以上,這就充分體現(xiàn)了其在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵地位。對(duì)于河北省來說,煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)是一把雙刃劍,它不僅是河北省的基礎(chǔ)能源和經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱,也是河北省環(huán)境問題的主要來源。煤炭企業(yè)物流是煤炭生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾M成部分,在帶動(dòng)河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí),也存在許多非綠色的因素,嚴(yán)重影響了河北省環(huán)境保護(hù)工作的順利實(shí)施。然而,目前社會(huì)中的大多數(shù)只看到了煤炭開采帶來的利益與效益,并沒有對(duì)煤炭物流環(huán)節(jié)造成的污染與破壞給予過多的關(guān)注。因此,對(duì)河北省煤炭綠色物流進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究,對(duì)社會(huì)環(huán)境的改善、資源的合理利用和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在詳細(xì)介紹綠色物流相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合河北省煤炭綠色物流的研究目標(biāo),全面分析了河北省煤炭企業(yè)綠色物流現(xiàn)狀,明確了河北省煤炭綠色物流發(fā)展新趨勢(shì)。在全面分析河北省煤炭物流存在的問題之上,建立了河北省煤炭綠色物流評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,選取了河北省16家具有代表性的煤炭企業(yè)作為訓(xùn)練樣本,運(yùn)用支持向量機(jī)(SVM)理論對(duì)河北省煤炭綠色物流評(píng)價(jià)方面進(jìn)行研究,提出了針對(duì)河北省改善煤炭綠色物流的相關(guān)措施。為我省今后改善煤炭綠色物流方面提供了很好的理論依據(jù),同時(shí)具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In the coal industry, coal logistics is a very important link, it is the link between production and consumption, related to the development of coal enterprises and China's economy. Coal as the most basic energy. Of the recoverable reserves in China, recoverable reserves account for more than 80%, which fully reflects its key position in the economic development of China. For Hebei Province, the coal industry is a double-edged sword. It is not only the basic energy and economic pillar of Hebei Province, but also the main source of environmental problems in Hebei Province. The logistics of coal enterprises is an important part of coal production and transportation, while driving the economic development of Hebei Province. There are also many non-green factors, which seriously affect the smooth implementation of environmental protection in Hebei Province. However, at present, most of the society only see the benefits and benefits of coal mining. And did not pay too much attention to the pollution and damage caused by the coal logistics link. Therefore, the evaluation of the coal green logistics in Hebei Province, the improvement of the social environment. The rational utilization of resources and the sustainable development of society have important theoretical and practical significance. This paper introduces the related theories of green logistics in detail, combined with the research objectives of coal green logistics in Hebei Province. This paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of green logistics of coal enterprises in Hebei Province, and clarifies the new trend of development of green logistics of coal in Hebei Province, based on the overall analysis of the existing problems of coal logistics in Hebei Province. The evaluation index system of coal green logistics in Hebei Province is established, and 16 representative coal enterprises in Hebei Province are selected as training samples. Using support vector machine (SVM) theory to study the evaluation of coal green logistics in Hebei province. This paper puts forward some relevant measures for improving coal green logistics in Hebei province, which provides a good theoretical basis for improving coal green logistics in Hebei province in the future, and has a strong practical significance at the same time.
