【摘要】：在京津冀地區(qū)協(xié)同發(fā)展大背景下,該區(qū)域城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效率的高低直接影響到區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步,同時(shí)也對(duì)城市生態(tài)環(huán)境和生活質(zhì)量起到至關(guān)重要的保障作用。文中使用非參數(shù)估計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法(DEA)對(duì)京津冀地區(qū)2003年-2012年城市五大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效率進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)對(duì)DEA結(jié)果分別進(jìn)行投影分析,找出影響區(qū)域整體發(fā)展的影響因素。研究結(jié)果表明:從京津冀地區(qū)十年整體情況來看,該區(qū)域城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效率雖然沒有達(dá)到最優(yōu),但總體水平為良好。天津市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效率最優(yōu)而河北省基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效率較低;從投影分析結(jié)果來看,京津地區(qū)投資效率低下主要表現(xiàn)在公共交通方面,河北省主要調(diào)整集中在道路建設(shè)方面。
[Abstract]:Under the background of coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the efficiency of urban infrastructure investment in this region has a direct impact on regional economic development and social progress. At the same time, it also plays a vital role in ensuring urban ecological environment and quality of life. The method of data Envelopment Analysis based on Non-parametric estimation (DEAA) is used in this paper. From 2003 to 2012, the paper analyzes the investment efficiency of five major urban infrastructure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. At the same time, the projection analysis of DEA results is carried out to find out the factors that affect the overall development of the region. The results show that: from the overall situation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for ten years. Although the efficiency of urban infrastructure investment in this region is not optimal, the overall level is good. The infrastructure investment efficiency of Tianjin is the best and the infrastructure investment efficiency of Hebei Province is low. From the result of projection analysis, the inefficiency of investment in Beijing-Tianjin area is mainly reflected in public transportation, and the adjustment in Hebei Province is mainly focused on road construction.
