【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今信息社會(huì)和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)日益發(fā)展,人們?yōu)樯鐣?huì)謀福利,以及創(chuàng)造財(cái)富的手段也由過(guò)去主要的生產(chǎn)生活方式向項(xiàng)目開發(fā)和實(shí)施模式轉(zhuǎn)變。然而,項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)和實(shí)施也存在一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),尤其是在大型建筑工程項(xiàng)目施工建設(shè)中,項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)以及實(shí)施是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過(guò)程,投資大、工期長(zhǎng)并存在很多的不確定性,如果不能及時(shí)有效的規(guī)避和控制這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),則會(huì)給項(xiàng)目的業(yè)主和承包商帶來(lái)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和損失。在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中要加強(qiáng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理,這也是當(dāng)今建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的保障,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理也直接影響到項(xiàng)目能否順利進(jìn)行,是項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本論文以實(shí)際B5樓項(xiàng)目工程為例,首先在對(duì)山東省知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)總部基地B5樓座工程項(xiàng)目概況介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了該項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理計(jì)劃,其次針對(duì)B5樓座的實(shí)際情況,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的依據(jù),對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的過(guò)程以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的方法加以闡述,找出B5樓座工程項(xiàng)目識(shí)別的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。最后針對(duì)B5樓座工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析與評(píng)價(jià),構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)模型,評(píng)價(jià)分析各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,對(duì)提出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施和計(jì)劃進(jìn)行闡述。本文系統(tǒng)分析了工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的識(shí)別、估計(jì)和評(píng)價(jià)的方法及應(yīng)用,并對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和采取規(guī)避措施進(jìn)行了理論研究,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目案例進(jìn)一步加以闡釋,為建筑工程項(xiàng)目在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的應(yīng)用中提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of information society and the development of knowledge economy, people for social welfare, as well as a means of creating wealth from the past the main mode of production and life to the project development and implementation mode. However, the development and implementation of the project there are certain risks, especially in the large-scale construction engineering project construction, project development and the implementation is a complex process, large investment, long construction period and there is a lot of uncertainty, if not promptly and effectively control and avoid these risks, it will bring the wind risks and losses to the project owner and contractor. In the actual process of project management to strengthen the project risk management, which is the current building to ensure the sustainable development of industry, risk management has a direct impact on the project can proceed smoothly, is the key to the success of the project. In this paper, the actual building B5 project as an example, the first First, based on introducing the general situation of the Shandong headquarters base of knowledge economy B5 Gallery Project, describes the project risk management plan, aiming at the B5 Gallery of the actual situation, according to the project risk identification based on the risk identification process and risk identification. And to elaborate, to find out the risk factors of B5 project Gallery recognition. Finally according to risk analysis and evaluation of a B5 project, construct the evaluation model, evaluation and analysis of the risk factors, the risk response measures and plans are presented in this paper. This paper analyzes the identification of project risk management, the methods of estimation and evaluation and its application, and to monitor the risk monitoring and take measures to avoid the theoretical study, combined with the project case to further explain, and provide reference for the construction project in the application of the risk management.
