【摘要】:當(dāng)下,信息化建設(shè)在中國如火如荼,政府也非常重視。不僅成立了專門指導(dǎo)信息化的信息化委員會,而且在2008年將信息產(chǎn)業(yè)局、國防科工委等幾個部委合并,成立了中國第一大部:工業(yè)和信息化部,足見政府的重視和支持力度。不可否認(rèn)的是,在我國信息化的核心和基礎(chǔ)都是企業(yè)信息化。這不僅是由企業(yè)在市場經(jīng)濟中的重要地位決定的,同時也是由中國的特殊國情決定的。我們不得不面臨的一個嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)是:企業(yè)信息化項目的失敗率極高。基于此,企業(yè)信息化投資也成為信息化領(lǐng)域極具價值和意義的研究領(lǐng)域,有很多學(xué)者在該領(lǐng)域做出了杰出貢獻。本文題目來源于國家自然基金《信息化升級投資的選擇取向及資源分配:以EICMM研究為基礎(chǔ)》,并且本文也是在該基金的支持下寫就的。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了企業(yè)信息化的歷史、淵源乃至現(xiàn)狀,并對企業(yè)信息化投資的研究方法做了系統(tǒng)的歸納和總結(jié)。通過以上的工作,決定研究具有二層規(guī)劃特點的企業(yè)信息化投資。由于二層規(guī)劃是本文應(yīng)用的主要建模方法,本文回顧了二層規(guī)劃的理論,并對求解二層規(guī)劃的算法:混沌優(yōu)化算法進行了梳理和介紹。本文根據(jù)相關(guān)理論和實際情形,建立了具有二層結(jié)構(gòu)的企業(yè)信息化投資決策模型,并通過研究得到了求解該模型的混沌優(yōu)化算法。這就是模型建立階段。本文通過大量的調(diào)研問卷,結(jié)合經(jīng)濟學(xué)、管理學(xué)知識,運用非線性回歸的方法得到了10個制造業(yè)細(xì)分行業(yè)的不同規(guī)模的效益函數(shù),建立了效益函數(shù)庫;谠摵瘮(shù)庫,首先建立單層規(guī)劃模型,并求解最優(yōu)值。之后,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文實證某一集團企業(yè)為上層、子公司為下層的二層規(guī)劃模型,用Matlab編程的方法將算法實現(xiàn),得出集團利益作為第一目標(biāo)的最優(yōu)的信息化投資方案,為現(xiàn)實生活中的企業(yè)信息化投資決策提供切實有效的參考方法和科研決策過程。
[Abstract]:At present, the information construction is in full swing in China, the government also attaches great importance to it. Not only set up a special information committee to guide information, but also in 2008 will be the information industry bureau. The merger of several ministries and commissions, such as the Commission for Science, Technology, Industry for National Defense, and the establishment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, shows the importance and support of the government. The core and foundation of informatization in our country is enterprise informatization, which is not only determined by the important position of enterprises in the market economy. At the same time, it is decided by the special situation of China. One of the severe challenges we have to face is that the failure rate of enterprise information project is very high. Enterprise informatization investment has also become a very valuable and meaningful research field in the field of information technology. Many scholars have made outstanding contributions in this field. The title of this paper comes from the National Natural Fund "the choice of investment orientation and resource allocation of information upgrade: based on EICMM research". And this paper is also written under the support of the fund. This paper systematically combed the history, origin and even current situation of enterprise informatization. And the research methods of enterprise information investment are systematically summarized and summarized. Through the above work. It is decided to study the investment of enterprise informatization with the characteristics of two-level planning. As two-level programming is the main modeling method applied in this paper, the theory of two-level planning is reviewed. The chaos optimization algorithm is introduced. According to the relevant theory and practice, the investment decision model of enterprise informatization with two-layer structure is established in this paper. And through the study of the chaos optimization algorithm to solve the model. This is the stage of model building. Through a large number of questionnaires, combined with the knowledge of economics and management. By using nonlinear regression method, the benefit function of 10 manufacturing subdivision industries is obtained, and the benefit function library is established. Based on the function library, a single-layer programming model is established. After solving the optimal value, on the basis of this, this paper demonstrates that a certain group of enterprises is the upper level, the subsidiary is the lower level programming model, and the algorithm is realized by Matlab programming method. The group interests as the first goal of the optimal information investment scheme, for the real life of the enterprise information investment decision-making to provide a practical and effective reference method and scientific research decision-making process.
