【摘要】：處理好經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展與生態(tài)資源環(huán)境保護(hù)間的關(guān)系,可以促進(jìn)京津冀城鎮(zhèn)化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。從生態(tài)資源環(huán)境保護(hù)和生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的角度,首先闡述了城鎮(zhèn)化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的必然性,然后把京津冀城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展放在中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,通過(guò)與長(zhǎng)三角、珠三角城鎮(zhèn)化的比較分析,針對(duì)京津冀城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,最后構(gòu)建了京津冀城鎮(zhèn)化"三維一體"和"五位一體"創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式,并提出了生態(tài)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制完善及生態(tài)一體化建設(shè)等創(chuàng)新發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:To deal with the relationship between economic and social development and environmental protection, can promote the innovation and development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Ecological Environment Protection and resources. From the perspective of ecological civilization construction, firstly expounds the inevitability of urbanization of innovation and development, and the development of China on Urbanization in the development process of Beijing Tianjin Hebei through the town compared with the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta urbanization, based on the current development of Tianjin urbanization, finally constructs the Tianjin urbanization "three in one" and "five in one" innovative development model, and puts forward the ecological compensation mechanism and improving the ecological construction of the integration of innovative development strategy.
