【摘要】：低碳城市發(fā)展項目融資的作用主要表現(xiàn)在低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和促進社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展兩大方面,體現(xiàn)出融資在低碳經(jīng)濟建設(shè)中所起的積極的改進性作用。城市發(fā)展項目生產(chǎn)活動中低碳融資的采用是一個有著嚴密的但是廣闊的系統(tǒng)工程。要讓社會環(huán)境得到很好的保護,減少碳排放就必須進行有效的低碳城市發(fā)展項目及低碳經(jīng)濟融資,使城市變得更加宜居、更加高效、更具有競爭力、最終能夠更加可持續(xù)地發(fā)展。本文基于城市低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展項目對于推進城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的科學性,著重研究城市低碳發(fā)展項目的融資方式。本文的研究指導理論為低碳城市發(fā)展項目金融理論。筆者在理論的假設(shè)中,以國內(nèi)外成功低碳城市發(fā)展項目的融資來論證低碳城市發(fā)展項目融資的必要性。最后,根據(jù)前面的假設(shè)以及實證對低碳城市發(fā)展項目的融資方式進行討論并對處于城市低碳發(fā)展項目的融資方式給出建議。本課題采用理論分析法和實證分析法來進行研究。在本文中,首先對低碳城市發(fā)展項目融資情況進行概述,接下來理論結(jié)合實際分析低碳城市發(fā)展項目融資概況,再接著提出低碳城市發(fā)展項目融資過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,最后根據(jù)出現(xiàn)的問題提出對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The role of low carbon urban development project financing is mainly manifested in two aspects: low carbon economy development and social sustainable development, reflecting the positive role of financing in the construction of low carbon economy. The adoption of low carbon financing in the production activities of urban development projects is a rigorous but extensive system project. To make the social environment well protected and reduce carbon emissions, effective low-carbon urban development projects and low carbon economy financing must be carried out, making the city more livable, more efficient and competitive, and ultimately more sustainable development. Based on the scientific nature of urban low carbon economic development projects to promote the sustainable development of cities, this paper focuses on the financing methods of urban low carbon development projects. The research guidance theory of this paper is the financial theory of low carbon city development project. In the theoretical hypothesis, the necessity of financing for low carbon urban development projects is demonstrated by the financing of successful low carbon urban development projects at home and abroad. Finally, based on the above assumptions and empirical analysis, the financing mode of low carbon urban development projects is discussed, and suggestions for financing in urban low carbon development projects are given. This topic uses the theory analysis method and the empirical analysis method to carry on the research. In this paper, firstly gives an overview of the financing situation of low carbon city development projects, the next combination of theory and practice analysis of low carbon city development project financing, put forward low carbon city development project financing problems in the process and then, finally, according to the problems put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
