ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型及實踐研究

【摘要】:ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司坐落于古老的齊國帝都——淄博,一個依賴資源開發(fā)起步、以重化工業(yè)為主的工業(yè)城市,而ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司的前身是一個依靠煤礦發(fā)展的資源型國營企業(yè)。在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,由于長期開發(fā)而導(dǎo)致資源枯竭、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重等問題已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重制約和影響了ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文主要研究在經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展和市場環(huán)境不斷變化的條件下,資源型企業(yè)實施戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性和轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑,并對其轉(zhuǎn)型過程的效果進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的評估。本文的研究對象是ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司,該公司從2006年開始轉(zhuǎn)型,目前已經(jīng)涉及到晶體產(chǎn)品的制造和物流業(yè)。本文通過對資源型企業(yè)、企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型以及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理,結(jié)合調(diào)研所收集的數(shù)據(jù),借助PEST分析法、競爭五力模型分析法、SWOT分析法、層次分析法對ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)而深入的分析,得到ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司自身的優(yōu)勢和劣勢以及公司口前發(fā)展所面臨的機(jī)會和威脅。在此基礎(chǔ)上對ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了梳理,制定了備選方案,結(jié)合公司的實際情況提出了適合于公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的最優(yōu)方案。該戰(zhàn)略的提出對ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司的轉(zhuǎn)型具有指導(dǎo)性的現(xiàn)實意義,有助于ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司今后的發(fā)展,對其他資源型企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型也提供了參考。通過研究得到:ZBYF實業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司的轉(zhuǎn)型是非常必要的,目前所實施的轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略是有效果的,但是還是需要繼續(xù)完善并不斷提高自身的競爭力。
[Abstract]:ZBYF Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in the ancient Qiguo Didu-Zibo, a resource-dependent development started, mainly heavy chemical industry industrial city, The predecessor of ZBYF Industrial Co., Ltd. is a resource-based state-owned enterprise which depends on the development of coal mines. In the process of economic and social development, the long-term development of the company has resulted in the depletion of resources. Serious environmental pollution has seriously restricted and affected the sustainable development of ZBYF Industrial Co., Ltd. The necessity and path of the strategic transformation of resource-based enterprises, and the corresponding evaluation of the effect of the transformation process. The research object of this paper is ZBYF Industry Co., Ltd., which began to transform in 2006. At present, it has been involved in the manufacture of crystal products and the logistics industry. This paper combs the related documents of resource-based enterprises, enterprise transformation and development strategy, and combines the data collected by the investigation, with the help of PEST analysis. The competition five forces model analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process have carried on the detailed and thorough analysis to the ZBYF industry limited liability company's internal environment and the external environment. The advantages and disadvantages of ZBYF Industrial Co., Ltd. and the opportunities and threats faced by the development of ZBYF Industrial Co., Ltd., are obtained. On this basis, the transformation and development strategy of ZBYF Industrial Co., Ltd. is combed, and the alternative scheme is formulated. Combined with the actual situation of the company, this paper puts forward the optimal scheme suitable for the strategic transformation and development of the company. The proposal of the strategy has guiding practical significance for the transformation of the ZBYF Industrial Co., Ltd., and is helpful to the future development of the ZBYF Industrial Co., Ltd. It also provides a reference for the transformation of other resource-based enterprises. It is very necessary to find out that the transformation of the company is very necessary through the research. The transformation strategy implemented at present is effective. But still need to continue to improve and constantly improve their competitiveness.
