【摘要】：鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個比較新型的產(chǎn)業(yè)，由于工程本身具有許多優(yōu)點，，例如結(jié)構(gòu)重量輕、力學性能好、安全性能高，并且容易施工等優(yōu)點，因此在當前建筑行業(yè)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。目前建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)市場愈發(fā)紅火。一大批鋼結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)得到了長足的發(fā)展，是前所未有的提升。但與此同時，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的質(zhì)量問題頻頻發(fā)生，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)關(guān)門破產(chǎn)的也比比皆是。追究其根源，可以歸納為企業(yè)的管理問題。在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)興起的同時，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程項目的質(zhì)量管理也越來越受到業(yè)界的關(guān)注和重視，國內(nèi)外專家學者和相關(guān)企業(yè)組織等從自己的研究領(lǐng)域出發(fā)，對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程質(zhì)量的控制從各個角度進行了研究分析，并取得了一定的成果。 本文主要從以下幾個方面進行的研究： 1.分析了目前鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程中存在的質(zhì)量問題，并對影響鋼結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量的因素進行了全面的研究；根據(jù)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量控制的原則，結(jié)合工程質(zhì)量理論體系，提出了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量的控制方法和評價體系。 2.對當前企業(yè)的標準化與質(zhì)量體系進行了分析，研究了企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理與成本控制之間的關(guān)系；對質(zhì)量體系的有效性進行了分析，并提出保證質(zhì)量體系有效性的實施方法，最大可能發(fā)揮出質(zhì)量體系的作用。 3.分析了一般企業(yè)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，并研究了企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)對質(zhì)量管理的作用，結(jié)合目前鋼結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理組織模式，分別對小型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)和大型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)的質(zhì)量體系進行了研究與分析，指出各個部門的權(quán)限與職責，保證企業(yè)的相關(guān)指令高效精準執(zhí)行。 4.結(jié)合具體的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程案例，通過對工程細節(jié)的詳細介紹，分析了本文推薦的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程質(zhì)量管理體系在實際工程中的應(yīng)用情況，設(shè)計了工程質(zhì)量中的各項檢測內(nèi)容。工程實踐表明，該質(zhì)量管理體系在保證實際的工程施工質(zhì)量中起到了很好的作用。
[Abstract]:The steel structure industry is a relatively new type of industry, because the engineering itself has many advantages, such as light structure weight, good mechanical properties, high safety performance, and easy construction, etc. Therefore, it has been widely used in the current construction industry. At present, the construction steel structure market is becoming more and more popular. A large number of steel structure enterprises have made great progress, which is an unprecedented promotion. But at the same time, The quality problems of steel structures occur frequently, and steel structure enterprises close down and go bankrupt all over the world. Investigating its root causes can be summed up as the management problems of enterprises. At the same time, the rise of the steel structure industry is accompanied by the rise of the steel structure industry. The quality management of steel structure engineering project has been paid more and more attention by the industry. Experts and scholars at home and abroad and related enterprise organizations have studied and analyzed the quality control of steel structure engineering from various angles from their own research fields. And achieved certain results. This article mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects:. 1. The quality problems existing in steel structure engineering are analyzed, and the factors influencing the quality of steel structure are studied comprehensively, and according to the principle of quality control of steel structure, combined with the theory system of engineering quality, The control method and evaluation system of steel structure quality are put forward. 2. The standardization and quality system of enterprises are analyzed, the relationship between quality management and cost control is studied, the effectiveness of quality system is analyzed, and the implementation method of ensuring the effectiveness of quality system is put forward. Maximize the role of the quality system. 3. Analyzing the organization structure of general enterprise, and studying the function of enterprise organization structure on quality management, combining with the quality management organization mode of steel structure enterprise at present, The quality system of small steel structure enterprises and large steel structure enterprises are studied and analyzed respectively. The authority and responsibility of each department are pointed out to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of relevant instructions of enterprises. 4. The application of the steel structure engineering quality management system recommended in this paper in practical engineering is analyzed through the detailed introduction of the details of the concrete steel structure engineering cases. The engineering practice shows that the quality management system plays a good role in ensuring the actual construction quality.
