【摘要】：智能用電小區(qū)是科技創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)物,是適應(yīng)分布式電源應(yīng)用、電動(dòng)汽車儲(chǔ)能要求、用戶用電需求多樣化,以及各種現(xiàn)代化通信及控制技術(shù)和國家“三網(wǎng)融合”戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施而發(fā)展起來的現(xiàn)代化小區(qū)。研究智能用電小區(qū)的運(yùn)營模式,對(duì)于智能用電小區(qū)的建設(shè)推廣具有重要的意義,對(duì)于智能電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)、居民生活方式的改善具有推動(dòng)作用,為未來智能用電生活的普及奠定基礎(chǔ)。 本文首先介紹了智能用電小區(qū)的相關(guān)理論,包括智能用電小區(qū)內(nèi)涵、特征、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及未來的發(fā)展趨勢等。隨后從業(yè)務(wù)流、電力流、信息流三個(gè)維度分析智能用電小區(qū)建設(shè)需求,詳細(xì)分析了相關(guān)智能用電需求。根據(jù)智能用電小區(qū)建設(shè)需求,構(gòu)建了智能用電小區(qū)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),智能用電小區(qū)系統(tǒng)主要由用電信息采集系統(tǒng)、小區(qū)配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、智能用電服務(wù)互動(dòng)平臺(tái)、電動(dòng)汽車充電樁管理系統(tǒng)、智能家居系統(tǒng)、分布式電源系統(tǒng)以及水、電、氣三表集抄系統(tǒng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文分析了智能用電小區(qū)運(yùn)營模式,構(gòu)建了各子系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營模式,分析了各系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營模式的建設(shè)機(jī)制、運(yùn)營機(jī)制及盈利方式。 本文旨在通過智能用電小區(qū)運(yùn)營模式研究,為智能用電小區(qū)的具體建設(shè)和推廣提供一定的思路和想法,為未來智能用電小區(qū)的普及提供一定的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Smart power community is a product of technological innovation, is to adapt to the application of distributed power and electric vehicle energy storage requirements, electricity demand diversification, and all kinds of modern communication and development of control technology and the "triple play" strategy and the modern community. The research of smart power community business model, has important significance for the construction of smart power community, for the construction of smart grid, has a role in promoting the improvement of the life style of residents, with the popularity of intelligent life for the future lay the foundation.
This paper first introduces the related theory of intelligent residential electricity, including smart power community connotation, characteristics, key technology and development trend in the future. From the business flow, then the power flow analysis, smart power community construction demand information flow dimensions, a detailed analysis of the intelligent electricity demand. According to the smart power community the requirement of the construction of building electricity cell system structure of smart power community, system is mainly composed of electric information acquisition system of intelligent building automation system, interactive services platform, electric car charging management system, intelligent Home Furnishing system, distributed power systems, water, electricity, gas meter reading system on this. On the basis, this paper analyzes the operation mode of intelligent residential electricity, construction of the subsystem of operating mode, analyzes the development mechanism of the system operation mode, operation mechanism and profitable way.
The purpose of this paper is to provide some ideas and ideas for the specific construction and promotion of smart electricity district through the research of the operation mode of smart electricity District, and to provide some impetus for the popularization of intelligent electric power community in the future.
