【摘要】：本文基于企業(yè)異質(zhì)性的假定,將雙向外包模型引入到經(jīng)典的企業(yè)研發(fā)決策的分析框架,明確劃分了國內(nèi)研發(fā)外包、國際研發(fā)外包和雙向研發(fā)外包的研發(fā)模式,重新界定了企業(yè)研發(fā)的異質(zhì)性指標(biāo),拓展了相關(guān)理論模型。研究表明,以企業(yè)TFP和技術(shù)吸收能力衡量的研發(fā)效率的異質(zhì)性是影響企業(yè)研發(fā)決策的重要因素。同時運用我國1999—2008年36個行業(yè)大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),基于DEA Malmquist方法測算了分行業(yè)的TFP值,并驗證了模型結(jié)論對中國的適用性。實證結(jié)果表明,具有較高TFP和技術(shù)吸收能力的企業(yè),會選擇雙向研發(fā)外包,其次會選擇國際研發(fā)外包,較低的會選擇國內(nèi)研發(fā)外包。我國企業(yè)應(yīng)重視自主研發(fā)、外部知識溢出和示范效應(yīng),加強(qiáng)國際研發(fā)合作,以提升創(chuàng)新效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the assumption of enterprise heterogeneity, this paper introduces the two-way outsourcing model into the classical analytical framework of enterprise R & D decision-making, and clearly divides the R & D mode of domestic R & D outsourcing, international R & D outsourcing and two-way R & D outsourcing. The heterogeneity index of enterprise R & D is redefined, and the related theoretical model is expanded. The research shows that the heterogeneity of R & D efficiency measured by TFP and technology absorption capacity is an important factor influencing R & D decision-making of enterprises. At the same time, using the data of 36 large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China from 1999 to 2008, this paper calculates the TFP value of different industries based on the DEA Malmquist method, and verifies the applicability of the model conclusion to China. The empirical results show that enterprises with higher TFP and technology absorption ability will choose two-way R & D outsourcing, followed by international R & D outsourcing, and lower R & D outsourcing will choose domestic R & D outsourcing. China's enterprises should attach importance to independent R & D, external knowledge spillover and demonstration effects, strengthen international R & D cooperation, in order to improve the efficiency of innovation.
