酒店員工的員工素質(zhì)與離職傾向關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents, and the competition of talents determines the future of hotels. However, how to retain the excellent talents and control or even reduce the staff turnover rate has become a big puzzle in hotel human resources management. Hotel as a labor-intensive service industry, its staff turnover rate has been high in our country. The high turnover rate not only makes the service quality of the hotel unstable, but also causes the loss of customers and increases the unnecessary cost of the enterprise. Therefore, it is very important and meaningful to study the turnover of hotel employees. On the basis of a large number of related literatures, the author finds that the quality of employees will affect the turnover intention of employees. Although the research on employee quality has made great achievements in recent years, the research still stays on the level of qualitative analysis and neglects the research of employee quality in a particular industry. Therefore, this paper mainly studies whether the scale of employee quality is applicable in hotel enterprises, and introduces job involvement variables to examine whether the quality of hotel staff is related to turnover intention, and which aspects of employee quality influence the dominant position. On the basis of previous theoretical research, this paper uses the method of literature research, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, through the questionnaire survey of more than 300 hotel employees and the use of SPSS17.0 statistical software to carry on the data analysis. The research results of this paper are obtained. The expected result is that employee quality is related to employee turnover intention and job involvement plays an incomplete intermediary role in the relationship between employee quality and turnover intention. Finally, based on the research results of this paper, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward, including the transfer of correct information during recruitment, the recruitment of suitable talents, the strengthening of staff training and other similar ways and means to carry out staff quality training. To some extent, avoid employee turnover intention.
