服務(wù)外包文化沖突與文化融合

【摘要】:隨著我國服務(wù)外包的快速發(fā)展,服務(wù)外包文化沖突時有發(fā)生,服務(wù)外包文化整合至關(guān)重要。必須深刻剖析服務(wù)外包文化以及造成服務(wù)外包文化沖突的原因及表現(xiàn),積極探求促進(jìn)服務(wù)外包文化融合的有效途徑,而認(rèn)真做好服務(wù)外包合作前的承接地競爭力和企業(yè)資質(zhì)評價(jià),以及合作后的文化整合是關(guān)鍵舉措。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of service outsourcing in China, the cultural conflicts of service outsourcing occur from time to time, and the integration of service outsourcing culture is very important. We must deeply analyze the culture of service outsourcing and the causes and manifestations of the conflict of service outsourcing culture, and actively explore the effective ways to promote the integration of service outsourcing culture. It is the key measure to do a good job in the evaluation of competitiveness and enterprise qualification before service outsourcing cooperation, and the cultural integration after cooperation.
