【摘要】：目前，以服務(wù)業(yè)為主的新一輪國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移帶動了世界服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展，服務(wù)外包作為服務(wù)貿(mào)易的主要形式，也日益興盛起來。國際服務(wù)外包的迅速發(fā)展，為發(fā)展中國家經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展帶來了新的機遇，各個國家紛紛出臺一些政策來促進本國服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。對于我國來說也是一個大的發(fā)展機會，如果我國能把握住這一重要的機遇，將有助于促進我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟增長方式的調(diào)整，加速產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級。我國應(yīng)該積極承接國際服務(wù)外包，發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢，促進我國服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，提高我國的綜合實力。但是，作為發(fā)展中國家，，我國的技術(shù)水平還比較落后，尤其是知識密集型的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)，在進行國際服務(wù)外包的過程中更多的是作為承接國，學(xué)習(xí)國外先進的技術(shù)與管理經(jīng)驗。 本文以我國承接國際服務(wù)外包的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)研究為主題，研究我國承接國際服務(wù)外包技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的形成機制，技術(shù)溢出的現(xiàn)狀及影響我國承接國際服務(wù)外包的因素，并運用計量模型對我國承接國際服務(wù)外包技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的影響因素進行了實證分析，結(jié)果表明，我國的技術(shù)水平與服務(wù)外包的發(fā)展有助于促進技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生，而我國服務(wù)外包人力資本積累狀況，不利于我國承接國際服務(wù)外包技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的產(chǎn)生，最后，提出了進一步提高國際服務(wù)外包技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的對策建議。本文目的在于通過對這些問題的研究，使我國能在承接國際服務(wù)外包中獲得更大的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)，進而推動我國企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，提高我國服務(wù)業(yè)的技術(shù)水平，增強我國的國際競爭力。
[Abstract]:At present, the new round of international industrial transfer based on service industry has driven the development of world service trade, and the outsourcing of service is the main form of service trade, and it is also becoming more and more prosperous. The rapid development of the outsourcing of international services has brought new opportunities for the development of the economic development of the developing countries, and various countries have introduced policies to promote the development of the outsourcing industry in the country. It is also a great development opportunity for our country. If our country can hold this important opportunity, it will help to promote the adjustment of our country's economic structure and economic growth mode and accelerate the upgrade of the industrial structure. China should actively undertake the outsourcing of international services, play its own advantages, promote the development of our service industry and improve the comprehensive strength of our country. However, as a developing country, our country's technical level is relatively backward, especially in the knowledge-intensive modern service industry. Based on the study of the technology spillover effect of the outsourcing of international services in our country, this paper studies the formation mechanism of the technology spillover effect of the international service outsourcing, the present situation of the technology overflow and the cause of the international service outsourcing. The paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence factors of the technology spillover effect of the international service outsourcing in China by using the measurement model. The results show that the development of the technical level and the service outsourcing of our country can contribute to the development of the spillover effect of the technology, and the accumulation of human capital in the external package of our country In the end, the countermeasures to further improve the spillover effect of the international service outsourcing technology are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to improve our country's international competition through the research of these problems, so that our country can get more technology spillover effect in the outsourcing of international service, and further promote the technology innovation of our country, improve the technical level of our service industry, and enhance the international competition of our country.
