【摘要】：隨著國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的不斷提高，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)作為一個新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，已逐步成為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新也融入越來越多的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)，這種產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷軟化，使裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)互動發(fā)展成為國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要趨勢。東北地區(qū)作為老工業(yè)基地，擁有雄厚的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和資源優(yōu)勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上，加快生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展，是推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟增長方式的重要途徑，，也是整合資源要素，增強產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的客觀要求。 本文在對國內(nèi)外裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)互動發(fā)展研究進行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)互動理論，分析東北地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)互動過程，并總結(jié)出影響東北地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵因素；采用多元線性回歸分析方法，檢驗各關(guān)鍵因素對東北地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的影響程度及影響方向；對我國區(qū)域裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)典型互動發(fā)展模式進行分析，針對東北地區(qū)現(xiàn)狀，根據(jù)兩個產(chǎn)業(yè)互動關(guān)系，設(shè)計出三種適用于東北地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)互動發(fā)展模式；結(jié)合模式的適用條件，提出東北地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)互動發(fā)展模式的選擇思路及方法，并建立模式運行機制；最后以遼寧省為例進行實證分析，并提出相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy, the productive service industry as a new industry has become one of the pillar industries of the regional economy. The development and innovation of the equipment manufacturing industry are also integrated into the more and more productive service. The continuous softening of the industrial structure makes the interactive development of the equipment manufacturing industry and the productive service industry an important trend of the development of the national economy. As an old industrial base, the Northeast has a strong industrial base and resource advantage. On this basis, to speed up the development of productive service industry is an important way to promote the adjustment of the industrial structure and change the way of economic growth. It is also an objective requirement for the whole resource element and the enhancement of the industrial competitiveness. Based on the review of the interactive development of the equipment manufacturing industry and the productive service industry at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the interaction of the equipment manufacturing industry and the productive service industry in the Northeast of China based on the industrial interaction theory. In this paper, the key factors that affect the equipment manufacturing and productive service in the Northeast China are summarized, and the influence degree and the influence of the key factors on the equipment manufacturing and productive service industry in the Northeast of China are examined by the multi-element linear regression analysis method. Based on the analysis of the typical interactive development model of China's regional equipment manufacturing industry and the productive service industry, according to the current situation of the northeast region, three kinds of interactive development models for the equipment manufacturing industry and the productive service industry in the northeast area are designed according to the interaction between the two industries. On the basis of the applicable conditions of the model, the paper puts forward the idea and method of the choice of the interactive development model of the equipment manufacturing and production service in the northeast of China, and sets up the model operating mechanism; and finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis based on the Liaoning province as an example, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
