【摘要】：正營改增的全面實(shí)施對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響深遠(yuǎn),相關(guān)行業(yè)的增長效應(yīng)及營改增過程中遇到的新情況與新問題,值得深入研究。從"工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)"向"服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟(jì)"轉(zhuǎn)型是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展變化的內(nèi)在規(guī)律。盡管現(xiàn)階段廣東第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占GDP比重已超越第二產(chǎn)業(yè),但與發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體相比,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)仍有較大發(fā)展空間。本文運(yùn)用計(jì)量模型分析了營改增對廣東第三產(chǎn)業(yè)及相關(guān)行業(yè)的影響效應(yīng),結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研情況,分析了營改增過程中需關(guān)注的問題,并提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive implementation of positive operation reform has a profound impact on the development of industry. The growth effect of related industries and the new situation and problems encountered in the process of operation reform and growth are worthy of further study. The transformation from "industrial economy" to "service economy" is the inherent law of the development and change of industrial structure. Although the proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP in Guangdong has surpassed the secondary industry at the present stage, the tertiary industry still has much room for development compared with the developed economies. In this paper, the effects of camp reform on the tertiary industry and related industries in Guangdong province are analyzed by using the econometric model. The problems needing attention in the process of camp reform and increase are analyzed in combination with the investigation on the spot, and the relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
