【摘要】:正一、引言服務(wù)外包是指企業(yè)或組織以價(jià)值鏈管理為基礎(chǔ),將原來(lái)由內(nèi)部員工完成的部分服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)通過(guò)合同方式轉(zhuǎn)移給外部的專業(yè)服務(wù)商提供。服務(wù)外包行為是全球資源配置和產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的一種新的形態(tài),源起于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的企業(yè)(發(fā)包商)將信息系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架、應(yīng)用管理和業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化等服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù),發(fā)包給企業(yè)外部特別是發(fā)展中國(guó)家的服務(wù)提供者(承接商),從而通過(guò)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)體
