【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，世界范圍內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出逐步向服務(wù)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的趨勢(shì)。集群是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效方式，可以產(chǎn)生良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng)，現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群化已成為一種全球服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和要求。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長起到尤為重要的作用，在國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用越來越明顯。我國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)雖以較快的速度發(fā)展，但與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比還存在一定的差距，以集群的方式發(fā)展是提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段，集群發(fā)展為生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了重要的支持保障。 本文在生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論分析生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的動(dòng)因、過程，總結(jié)了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的影響因素，揭示生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展機(jī)理，并對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，驗(yàn)證各因素對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的影響程度和方向；在對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展過程分析的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合模式構(gòu)建要素和模式的總體構(gòu)建思路，設(shè)計(jì)了三種集群發(fā)展模式，并提出適用于各種模式的運(yùn)行條件及保障策略；根據(jù)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展模式總體構(gòu)建思路，提出了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展模式的選擇思路和依據(jù)，并對(duì)集群集聚水平評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行分析和選擇；最后以黑龍江省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，結(jié)合所選模式的特征和適用條件提出適合該區(qū)域生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the development of science and technology, the industrial structure in the world is gradually changing to the service industry. Cluster is an effective way for the sustainable development of producer services, which can produce good economic and network effects. The cluster of modern producer services has become a trend and requirement of the development of global service industry. The emergence and development of producer services cluster play a particularly important role in economic growth and play a more and more obvious role in national economic development. Although China's producer service industry is developing at a faster rate, there is still a certain gap compared with developed countries. The development of producer services in clusters is an important means to enhance competitiveness. Cluster development provides important support for the sustainable development of producer services. On the basis of the current research situation of producer service industry cluster at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the motivation and process of producer service industry cluster development combined with industrial cluster theory, and summarizes the influencing factors of producer service industry cluster development. To reveal the development mechanism of producer services cluster and to test the influencing factors to verify the influence degree and direction of each factor on the development of producer service industry cluster; On the basis of the analysis of the development process of producer service industry cluster, combined with the overall construction ideas of the mode construction elements and mode, three kinds of cluster development models are designed, and the operating conditions and security strategies suitable for the various models are put forward. According to the overall construction idea of producer service industry cluster development mode, this paper puts forward the choice thought and basis of producer service industry cluster development mode, and analyzes and selects the evaluation method of cluster agglomeration level. Finally, taking the development of producer services cluster in Heilongjiang Province as an example, the author makes an empirical analysis and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the development of producer service industry cluster in this region in combination with the characteristics and applicable conditions of the selected mode.
